Never got my deposit back , still waiting on money to be returned to my account staff isn't really that helpfull for what you pay for ( including a 50 dollar deposit) this is a joke . 4/10 disappointed

My room smelled so intensely of smoke it was nearly unbearable. My sheets didn't look clean (black fuzz and pilings on the white sheets). The curtains were hanging loose off of the hanger and looked grubby. Very noisy in the halls and other neighboring rooms.

To start off, the night time front desk worker has terrible customer service. He was very rude when we asked very simple questions. Also the parking situation is terrible. Barely any spots as it is and to top it off there was a car blocking a bunch of spots and the front desk said they cant do anything about it. If I’m paying to stay there i want to be able to park in their garage. Lastly, there is no heating or ac?! If you don’t have that, it should be advertised. I would have brought my own heater if i knew this ahead of time. Front desk said they had mini heaters and that one should be in my room but there wasn’t one and they said they didn’t have enough when i asked for one. To top everything off the room was dirty, curtains were barely holding on, there was suspicious stains on the roof and walls. Overall, terrible experience. Will not be back.

The picture you have that is not what it’s look like. It was a very scary place I could not even go to sleep. When I register some very questionable people were there and you hear people talking and arguing over the night. What a creepy hotel. I will never suggest that to any one. You should change your picture that’s deceptive.
The furnitures were broken I have to take a picture do I will not be charge.
