The room was clean however, many of the outlets were not in operation therefore my phone was not able to be charged. The TV also kept pausing/stopping various times which made it difficult to relax and watch movies.

Toilet did not work in room and someone Smoking pot caused the Entire 2nd and 3rd floor to have so many complaints that the front desk called us after we were in bed to alert us that when security comes in in 2 hours that they will get to the bottom of the problem. I will admit that the smell was awful.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, and the front counter staff was exceptionally welcoming. The hotel itself, with its spacious hallways and well-maintained public areas, was immaculate. While our room was slightly outdated, it was overall clean and equipped with a convenient refrigerator and microwave. The television access was excellent. The sole reason for not awarding it a perfect five-star rating is the check-out time, which is either 11 or 12 o’clock, although I cannot recall the exact time. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel staff promptly knocked on our door at 9:00 a.m., ostensibly to remind us of the check-out time, which disrupted our sleep. Apart from this minor issue, the hotel’s location is highly convenient, being situated near various food establishments such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Wendy’s. Their continental breakfast a 10/10 😋 I would undoubtedly choose to stay there again if I were in a similar situation.
