Hello and welcome!

Casa Maria Luisa is the perfect place to come home and rest after a day exploring this beautiful city.


You’ll be at the north of the city in a familiar and safe zone 20 min away from the main centre by car or taxi.


The house has an unevenness and a vaulted ceiling to stay fresh because Oaxaca can be hot any season of the year.
With a garden to enjoy the sun by day and the stars by night.

The rooms and common areas are wide sized in a newly renovated house.
You’ll have a private room (lockable from the inside/outside), with a comfy full bed-sized bed. Also the principal room has a complete private bathroom
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker, coffee machine, microwave, water jug, and the kitchen accessories you can need in the case you want to cook.
The garden is a great place to talk and have a cold drink, please if you smoke throw the cigarette end in the trashcan to keep it green and happy.
And you will count with washing machine in case you spill some wine over your favourite shirt.

The house is decorated with traditional handcrafts from all around Mexico, mostly from Oaxaca that my family has specially selected. If you get in love with a piece let me know.

This house was built for my grandma Maria Luisa by his brother Octavio. We have lived beautiful moments here and we keep renovating constantly. Now time has passed and we want to share with you her beautiful house.
