Very convenient for night before our return to the US. Front desk was terribly understaffed and, to make things worse, they appeared to be doing training at this time! No matter how good a hotel is, the first impression of quick and courteius check-in is very important...and was not present at this property. Saw the same at checkout but was able to do express drop off and not have to interface with the, again, understaffed front desk.

Beautifully designed room and amenities within. Loved all the lighting and the clean linens and decor. Only a few comments: the water from the shower spray leaked into the main bathroom floor, enough to soak the towel that is normally used to step onto after the shower. Wasn't sure of the 2 bottles of water in the room were free as there was no sign, so we didn't use them.
