Vacation home in a fantastic location in Upper Bavaria

The individually equipped, spacious house with 135 sqm living space on 2 levels offers a special feeling of living. Stylishly furnished rooms, spacious, bright rooms. The house has a spacious, light-flooded living room (45 sqm) with dining area and parquet floor, in which a fireplace provides healthy, cozy warmth on cold evenings (in addition to central heating). The two charming bedrooms are furnished with a double bed or 2 beds and an additional couch. In addition to the large bathroom (with vanity, shower, bathtub and bidet) there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment (refrigerator, stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc.) and complete accessories as well as a meal. Hall, porch and 2 large balconies with access from 3 rooms complete this cozy holiday home. The equipment also includes an LCD TV, 2 micro systems with iPod, USB, free DSL Internet connection or WiFi and a landline phone (flat rate for landline calls), washing machine, bed linen and towels.
The idyllic garden in the middle of the green as well as the surrounding balcony also invite you to relax.

1. In the basement of the house there is also an ELW, which is mostly uninhabited. It is only used occasionally by the owners: If you do not want this during your stay, please mention this when booking.
