Except for the front desk, all staff went above and beyond to ensure a lovely stay. The property and rooms are exceptional, which is the reason for the rating. The front desk was a disappointment and TWICE ignored me standing in front of them (first checking in myself and then again checking in a later arrival).

Parking easy and secure. Rooms clean and comfortable. Small coffee shop for breakfast nice. The only one thing we would have appreciated is more information at the checking. We didn’t know the Yellow Pony was closing early that day leaving with no inside places for food or drinks.

This hotel was above my expectation. It is one of the most beautiful hotel i stayed. The service was outstanding. Everything was excellent. My kids love the pool and the toy store. I really enjoy walking around the hotel every corner is beautiful and peaceful. The staff were great.
