It is a very comfortable townhouse, with a well equipped kitchen and is stocked with everything you need for the beach. It’s a great location. Michael was very responsive to a dryer belt issue and it was fixed within 24 hours. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Boardwalk Ocean City

We were in town for Boardwalk fest and this condo is the perfect location. The amenities are top notch, they really think of everything for you to enjoy your time there. Property is in pristine condition and exactly as pictured. Michael from Nolan Rentals is easy to deal with and follows through to make sure everything is perfect. Loved the game selection and checkers set up in the living rooms. Only downside is the area if you bring your dogs, they are not allowed on the beach or boardwalk May-Sept. Restaurants do have nice dog menu selections.This rental will not disappoint!

Beautiful, well appointed Property

The house furnishings were beautiful, and everything that was advertised. My family and I stayed for a long weekend and were enamored! The location is a couple blocks from the beach, easy walking distance without being surrounded by the crowds. We brought our pup, and were only 8 blocks from a beautiful park where she could play. From location to everything provided, this property was absolutely perfect for our stay.

This was our first visit with Nolen Vacation Rentals, and this place is "pack your bags and grab some food"because they have everything else. Well thought out and cared for residence and the extra touches make it an enjoyable vacation. I would recommend them, yes price point is a little more but well worth it.

Ocean City Weekend Getaway

This property was immaculate. Communication was above and beyond. Great travel tips on the chalkboard inside the kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen. Bikes in the garage. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our boys loved having their own tvs in the bedrooms. Easy 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. Would stay here again on our next OC visit.

Lovely condo

Overall, we had a great experience with the condo. Communication with Mr Nolan was easy and he was very responsive. The condo is in a great location. There were 7 of us total plus our dog- my husband, our infant, my parents, and my husbands parents. The balconies are great to sip your morning coffee on and relax before bed. The pool was a great amenity as I’m not the biggest fan of the beach. The house was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, included items we would need like a high hair, pots & pans, detergent, etc. Our first morning there, we discovered the Keurig machine didn’t work. I contacted Mr Nolan and he quickly brought over a new one. The only flaw we found would be the garage when fitting two vehicles due to the size of the garage and the fact that the pool area is right in front of the garage so there was a lot of maneuvers needing to be made just to pull into it. It was also a very tight fit for larger vehicles. We had to move items in the garage around and have all passengers out of the vehicles before entering. We have an SUV and a small truck. We made it work but that was the only inconvenience found. We parked the other vehicle on the street or the guest spots. We highly recommend this listing and will hope to book again in the future.

Great House - has everything you need

The house was so clean, beautifully decorated, has everything you need, made for a great vacation. Has 4 beach bikes, and plenty of beach chairs - they make it very easy to enjoy OC MD. Beach was only 3 blocks - easy to get there. We were able to get in 1 hour early - which was great because the best weather was on our first afternoon and we made it to the beach for happy hour.

Everything was perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing! Great owners, very clean and loved that it came with the necessities of living, such as paper towels, toilet paper, rugs for the bathroom, linens, towels, washcloths, hand soap, dish soap, hand towels, trash bags. Perfect home away from home

This townhouse was perfect!!! It was super clean, well stocked with every kitchen need, towels provided were high quality, bed linens were beautiful and higher end, lots of pillows on all beds that provided the perfect support for everyone in our group (total of 6 of us), the home is beautifully decorated too!!! 3 blocks to the beach which made for an easy walk! Bikes, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys and small cooler made the journey to the beach super easy!!! We felt safe and secure in this home!!! Highly recommend this rental!!!

Great place in Ocean City

The house was clean, modern and a great location. 3 blocks from the beach. Michael is a great host- providing beach buggy, bikes , umbrellas and toys. There’s also a pool that you get access to. We stayed with kids ranging from infant to 7 and they all had a great time. Michael was responsive to all requests. The house is lovely. Overall I would definitely stay again .

Spent the 4th of July here. The property was very well-stocked with beach and cooking supplies, furnishings were comfy & brand new, neighbors pleasant, and location was ideal. Close to the boardwalk and beach but away from rowdy crowds. Michael the property manager was extremely responsive throughout the stay and provided updates to the cancelled fireworks show as well as offered alternatives for our family. One of the best experiences I’ve had for a property on this site!
