Customer service was terrible, my AC unit was leaking onto the floor and I told the front desk they said that happens at times. They refused to allow late check out because I booked through a third party even when I offered to pay.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. The property was OKAY. The only thing I didn’t like was the appearance of the shower. I see why the hotel pics don’t show the bathroom at all. I feel like this place makes enough money to have their grout clean which was yellow and black. The outdoor pool was great for the kids and the complimentary water taxi to Secrets was nice.

Always loved aloft in the past… now I think it over run with dogs being a dog friendly property… The rooms have an odor of dog and it’s just too much. The rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for dog hair and feces. Constant dogs barking. Think they need to designate one floor and specific rooms only for people with pets. I think it’s gotten over the top compared to previous years I’ve stayed
