This condo was in the perfect location for our stay in Ocean City. The condo itself was clean, stocked with everything we needed and was spacious and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean, and also enjoyed being high enough to get a nice view of the bay as well. There were plenty of luggage racks available and the elevators were very quick and efficient. There was easy access to the pool and beach. It was the perfect getaway for us!

Very clean and nice view

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. View was great. Only negatives were a little musty smell and one of the beds was pretty hard. We just used the other one. We will def be back to this property if it is available.

Property and view was outstanding. A few minor issues with the condo. The balcony railing was patched together and very scary. The bedroom AC unit blew out small black fluffy chunks after a heavy storm from the west. Overall we had a great, comfortable stay. Watching the dolphins swim by was a high light for us

Celebrating 47 Years of Marriage

Celebrating 47 years of marriage, the ocean view was beautiful. We got to watch the sunrise each morning with a cup of coffee and many memories from over the years. We enjoy the off season, we live in a busy city, so just slower pace is nice. Movies, bowling & shopping were in all in close proximity to our location. The "Crabcake Factory," restuarant was awesome!

Our experience

Property was as advertised. However, they were doing work at the property above us and we had to deal with construction noise for several days. When I called to complain, they offered to move us to another property, but none they offered were beachfront like ours. The other problem was management sent me an email after the fact about the scheduled work at the property above us, encouraging us to change our vacation plans. That was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! In summary, I think we should receive a partial refund for our inconvenience, as this really made our vacation not what we were expecting.

Nice condo

Condo was definitely a nice condo, but did have some issues. Bathroom was not cleaned prior to our stay. The shower had hair all over it and toilet had sanitation label on toilet but toilet had hair and toilet paper in the the toilet. The entry code was definitely not the safest bc on multiple occasions we accidentally hit the wrong number and it still let us into the room. Lastly, right after we got there a man let himself into the room while we were on the balcony to do an inspection of the room, which felt very inappropriate that he would just let himself in after we checked in. He should’ve done it prior to us coming, if it needed or should have waited for us to answer a knock at the door. Lastly, you could tell the sheets on the pull out couch had not been washed in a long time, which was kind of gross. Other than that the view from the condo was perfect and we had an overall great trip.

Great location

We were thrilled with the condo and the location. The condo was great- super supplied & the perfect ocean front property. It was amazing waking up and walking out to ocean views every morning. We loved the ease of taking our young children to the beach without crossing the road and being able to run back upstairs for forgotten items with ease. We saw dolphins several days and even got a preview of the upcoming air show as the jets we’re practicing right overhead! The washer and dryer in the condo made all the difference. We are already planning our visit for next summer!

Impromptu Spring Break

My wife and I had the last week of April/first few days of May off and decided to rent this condo after reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. Clean and had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful location and front row balcony view of the Atlantic. Cannot be beat for ease of access to everything in the off-season.

We enjoyed the view from the 8th floor. Most rooms had been redone and were comfortable. The cushions on one sofa and the rocking b could be replaced. Two small burners on the stove, left rear, did not work. The toilet float needs to be adjusted so water does not leak internally.
