Nice hotel bad experience

The proper was very clean and presentable.the pool was clean as well as the elevators and hallways. The floors of the lobby we being cleaned and smelled wonderful. The bad thing was my room221. First we had an infant and had to walk all the way to the last room on the floor. We were also directly over the cafe and could hear the music or televisions? We also had a direct view of the area outside of the cafe which included the propane tanks and grease disposals. Our view was also obstructed by the hotel sign. So overall nice hotel bad room bad experience.

It was a bit noisy fire engines up and down the street, which is not the hotels fault. I took off one star because the beds were uncomfortable and in need of upgrading. So much that my husband and I checked out a day earlier.

Prices are good. Place is clean. But the room doors are old, so you can hear everything. Rooms need hooks for stuff. Beds were comfy. No safes in the rooms, they don't have them.

The property was very clean, room was spacious, enjoyed the views from the balcony, convenient parking. Amber at the front desk was very accommodating and professional. Added bonus was $10 meal vouchers for the onsite cafe. Overall a great experience and I will return!
