Great stay, highly recommend.

Great location and hotel. We had the bay front balcony and you felt like you were on a ship because you could lay in bed and see the boats and water I normally stay on the board walk Marriott courtroom but tried something different and happy we did.

The bathroom of our room was terrible. There was actually feces from a previous stay, smeared on the bottom of the toilet. Once we noticed it, we made sure to pack up our things and leave very early (a few hours later) that morning. I hope that anyone that stays in room 611 makes sure to check under the toilet before use.

Third summer staying with Cambria in OC. Great all around facility, multiple dining options on premise as well as walking distance to many more. Jet ski and boat rentals within steps too. We prefer the inner bay views as it’s quieter and get to enjoy the great sunsets, but the beach is also being two blocks away is super convenient. Highly recommend it

The property was clean and family friendly. The waterfront view from the balcony was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Cambria was a short walking distance from the boardwalk and close to a number of restaurants. My family and I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

A-courteous front desk and bar staff. No room food service. Restaurant is not even owned by the hotel. Dated amenities. Indoor pool water cold. No pool life guard. Expect a dirty game played if you will need to change anything on the reservation. Elevators smelled weird and disgusting most of the time. No smart atVs in the rooms in 2025!!! A number of electric outlets were not working. Too expensive for what you get. I don’t recommend it.

They put us on the 7th floor, beautiful view, but the restaurant is above the room. Chairs draggi g and banging hard until 2am. No sleep that night. Compained and requested to be moved. Had the most rude and unprofessional service. We were demanded to move out of our room to be transferred giving us a couple hours notice. I had a day planed on a boat, had to cancel my trip to be back in time or they would have house keeping move my stuff. Absurd. No apologies, they actelike they doing me a favor. I am paying $500 a night and cant sleeep???

Our stay at the Cambria was exceptional! Convenient location- 3min walk to the boardwalk. The staff was friendly, check in / check out was smooth, lobby was clean. The hotel rooms were clean & spacious. The Bay view from our room was magnificent, watching the sunset over the bay was so beautiful! The onsite restaurant and bar, The View, had wonderful food options. Special shoutout to The bartender, Ms. Julie, who is/was the best person on earth! She was a very gracious bartender with great conversation, funny and down to earth - She truly made the experience feel as if we were at home, she made the best White tea drinks/shooters!! The restaurant above the hotel -Spain- was delicious as well!! Tapas for the win!! The were only 2 things I’d say were downsides - 1: the location of the elevators in relation to the check-in counter, it was typically very crowded in the general vicinity due to ppl visiting the restaurant, waiting for the elevator, check-in /check-out etc. and 2: the closet was a little too short to hang my dresses w/o wrinkling. I also wish there were more King size beds available… but we will definitely be back again and HIGHLY recommend this location to others!! Bravo Cambria!!
