We stayed for 4 nights. We when first arrived I brought cleaning products from viewing the reviews before leaving and I’m glad I did. The bottom of the shower was black and definitely not cleaned. The bed is terrible. You can feel every spring and we had cramps in our lower back and necks all week. The elevator was broke all of the days but 1 and we were on the 5th floor and about a 10 min walk to the beach from our room. Along with 10 flights of steps. The kitchen utensils are very dirty. We ate out everyday and ate nothing we brought to make. The room can’t decide if it’s hot or cold so it’s kind of a guessing game. We didn’t make it to the pool bc it was full of kids and not big in size at all. Not impressed. Front desk was also rude when trying to check in.

Great location! Lots to do and eat nearby and you’re just a few minutes walk from the beach. The hotel itself is mediocre and not the cleanest but serves its purpose. I’d stay here again during beach season for a more affordable stay.

Stayed for a week. Really great they are pet friendly. Room was cleaned ok, but could have been better. Group of loud guys screaming throughout the night. Furniture was old and outdated. Beds were not very comfortable and pull out couch was just springs, horrible. Location was perfect a block from the beach. Overall probably would not stay again.

Ms. BECKY is an excellent leader for the young staff and for the past 4 years a friendly face. The head of the housekeeping staff(don't know this wonderful woman's name) was a POWER HOUSE. She stayed by herself to make sure all of the laundry was complete and all the "little" items were taken care. She stayed until almost to 1am and we met her again(with a HUGE smile and warm greeting ) on the elevator the next morning at 710 am. Very dedicated and a genuine JOY! I honestly would love to not only steal this employee but would work under her in a heartbeat

Have some doubts on booking next trip

This is our 2 time staying here. We had such a positive experience that I did not hesitate to book here again. I usually read all the reviews, however, since this is the 2nd time, I didnt feel the need to. And boy, a lot can happen in a year. Service is still the same though AMAZING and friendly staff. That is consistent. I was disappointed that the bathroom was not thoroughly clean. Sand in the tub. I had to rinse it to clean it. I get that its by the beaxh, but having a lot of it under the rub mat in the tub is not what i was expecting. we brought a few canned goods that required a can opener. Compared to last year, everything was great! This time, the can opener was not working so had to go to dollar tree and get one What irked me the most is a stain a found the night before we left. I did not notice it until I had to shut the door between the kitchenette and room and found a smear of what looked like ughh poo 😩. Had I seen that, i probably would have requested another room. Since it was the last night, i cleaned it myself with hand sanitizer I have and paper towel. I hope its just this room and things will be the way they were our first time. Clean

Convenient location Friendly Staff Elevator Pool BUT there was a horrendously horrible MOLD/MILDEW smell in the bathroom. Unit appeared clean, however the smell ruined the stay and we checked out after first day.
