Hotel needs updating

Bathrooms were not cleaned well, shower curtain was mildewed and didn’t close all the way. When you showered the whole bathroom flooded. Hotel breakfast was awful and nothing was edible. The hotel pool should have been opened and when asked they said you could swim however the water was green and not swim able. Won’t stay here again

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Always friendly staff. Hotel is SUPER clean. Fresh linens, very clean rooms. Doggo friendly, this is our go-to when visiting OC.

We have no complaints about the staff. The check-in was smooth, and we had an issue with the TV that was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Our complaint is with the amenities, especially the gym. We could not use it due to the smell of tobacco. Additionally, we were supposed to be located in a non-smoking area; however, on Saturday night, the scent of tobacco products and marijuana was overwhelming.

Never Again

Had ants in my room, no netflix tv was not working properly kept freezing. Bathroom shower was dirty walls had tiny hairs all over it. Towels were stained. After speaking to management they switched my room.

Nope

Fell in the shower because the surface was really slick and slippery. When I checked out, I told the staff, they said What about the bath mat" Apparently there was supposed to be one. They apologized but didn't get a manager (I was so tired from lack of sleep I didn't ask for one).Curtains didn't close and s light shone in our room all night,we even tried to clip them closed. Thin walls and we were beside the elevator. Mystery outlets which would not work, when I tried plugging in my heating pad. Water is super soft, which isn't the fault of the property. Breakfast looked really sad,we went out to eat instead.Bed wasn't terrible. Not coming back....
