We always prefer Country Inn because of the location and the cleanliness. The rooms are clean and smell fresh versus having a musty smell that you often find at beach hotels. It is close to the beach, the park, and many restaurants and stores.

We like to stay here when in OC MD because it's a nice place with a wonderful staff. The big plus now is that they have 4 EV charging stations for free, Yes, they're a bit slow but if you charge overnight....My only "complaint" is the gripping or lack thereof in the shower. I usually travel with a small mat since many of the hotels have similar issues and a fear of falling does indeed exist. If they could have a few shower mats or put better gripping in the shower that would be great.

Maintenance and service was none existence. I took out my own trash and was told they were not slaves, by the manager Chris. If I needed service it was up to me to call, so when I took a shower and the water poured out of the connection to the handheld shower, all over the floor I was horrified. I used almost every towel clean it up. .

Well priced, free breakfast was not the best, ice machine out of service on our floor with no sign of where ice might be available on other floors (staff were aware of issue). Parking was tight. Room was not cleaned after third night. Ned and pillows comfortable, options on tv were a plus.

The employees were pleasant. We did only get 2 washcloths when we were noted to have 4 people staying in our room. Then when I inquired about getting more, they had to be brought to our room (which was fine) but she just handed the guest ahead of me At least 5. The pool was freezing cold and had sand all through it. We were looking forward to spending more time in the pool. We enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again!
