This condo is exactly what it looks like online. I will be staying there again because it was just what I needed. It was clean, they had coffee pods for the Keurig, they have a ton of different kitchen appliances if you need them, the hosts were tremendous with communication. I would not hesitate to stay anywhere that these hosts are responsible for. It’s not fussy, it’s not fancy, it feels like being at home. Fun additions to the home that I did not take advantage of were a modern Atari system with a bunch of built-in games and directions on how to use the whole thing and I think a Nintendo with built-in games. Their selection of books ranges from a board book to fiction and nonfiction books from Diary of a Wimpy Kid to Dave Berry - and everything in between. They also have some board games and books about Ocean City, Maryland. I didn’t need any of those things cause I brought my own books and sat out on the balcony with nothing impeding my view of the amazing sunrises and waves hitting the beach. The parking lot and on the exterior of the building itself are well – lit and I was comfortable comfortable coming and going by myself when it was dark outside. I ordered groceries while I was there, and the delivery person had no trouble finding the place. The only thing I would add if it were my own personal place is a full length mirror. And maybe there is actually one and I didn’t see it. :-)

We immediately understood why Tom and Melena call this their "Beach Box" -- it's like your own private habitation cube with a direct view of the beach and ocean! And it's not even physically possible to see any of your neighbors when you're out on the balcony LOL! It's extremely private in that regard. Other places we've stayed at have metal dividers between the balconies that have large gaps in them, but at the "Beach Box" it's full concrete walls all around. It's like being inside of an adorable shoebox diorama, looking out and watching the waves and hearing them amplified by the walls of the balcony. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. I'm attaching a picture of the amazing "moonrise" we saw, which was a bonus on top of the usual morning sunrise!

Loved our stay at this location! Everything was great. Rooms were clean, and the place was stocked well to make the stay smooth. Host was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the notice that the property was ready for check-in a little early. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, silverware, appliances, etc for cooking. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This place was just prefect!. It was just steps to the beach, within walking distance for food and activities. Also a short drive to the boardwalk! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

the property was lovely, easy check-in process and very clean. The view on the ocean amazing and it was easy access to everything. The bed was softer than my personal taste but it didn't stop me from sleeping well. It is a must return with better weather!! It was 5 stars for sure

Perfect relaxing getaway!

Beautiful condo perfect for a couple. Great location and stunning beach views! Owner was very responsive and provided binoculars and a charging station for several devices. Solar tiki torches on the balcony added a nice touch when enjoying the sound of the waves in the evening.

LOVED IT!

Rarely are online descriptions truly accurate, but this one was. The condo is very nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. And the view? Oh my goodness. It couldn't get much better! The beach is right there - feet away. Communication with Tom was easy and fast. I do wish the elevator didn’t require a key, so you don’t have to walk up to the condo, get the key, and go back to the rest of your stuff, but that’s not the owner’s fault. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and the entire place was CLEAN! We did find long hairs in some places but, because the place was otherwise spotless, I’m assuming the hair was from the cleaning person and not sure that can really be helped. I’m hoping that the hubs and I can stay here on our way back from Hampton next month, after we take our youngest back to school. If you’re on the fence about this place, get off and book it!

Perfect Getaway

Such a relaxing trip in a beautiful and spotless condo. The location was awesome, steps from the beach with the most amazing views from the balcony. The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We were fortunate to have perfect weather. Tom provided very clear instructions via email and a copy was available at the condo as well. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely make a return trip.

This property is very clean. The decor and furniture made the environment relaxing and comfy.The bed was really comfortable. It had all the amenities that you would need. The Ocean views were spectacular and there was plenty of things to do. I look forward to our next visit.
