Such a great place to stay! The location is amazing, kitchen is fully equipped for all of your needs, and it is so spacious! Every bedroom had a balcony which was great. The pool was clean and perfect to relax in! Definitely recommend booking here!

Location was fantastic. Condo great size- we had 5 adults and baby (no provisions for baby- so be prepared to bring pack and play as well as high chair). Everything was clean and well kept. The only negative was the mattresses were not comfortable in master and twin rooms.

My family and I have stayed in this building before and love it! Very convenient to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. Everything about the condo was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect

Great time, perfect location, and suprised with all the balcony’s!! Only issue we had was not the places fault - someone stole our parking space in the middle of 4th of July chaos when we were out for dinner. Because of that the only suggestion we have is to add the rental agreement that we have the right to tow vehicles who parked in our assigned parking spaces.

Family-Oriented

The property is located next to the theme park and the area is away from all the foot traffic. This place was perfect for us and our 5 children of all ages. The views were perfect and we enjoyed the pool. The only gripe I had was the construction that took place bright and early during the week. It made sleeping in rough. I will be booking again next summer!

We had a fabulous stay with lots of room at a perfect location. We would have given a perfect rating, however the main rugs and area rugs (in the bathroom) really need to be cleaned, or removed. In addition, the "coverlets" on the bed should be laundered, as well. However, we did bring our own blankets and covers. (Otherwise we were completely satisfied with the accommodations and would love the opportunity to stay there again.

Family beach vacation

Overall our stay was great! The location was perfect, especially with little ones. I was also able to get up in the morning before the rest of the family and run the boardwalk. The pool was nice and most of the time we had it to ourselves. The only thing bad I could say is possibly the cleanliness. It wasn't horrible, it didn't make us feel like we couldnt stay, there were just some stains on the carpets and the comforters provided were stained and some were falling apart. Also, the fact that you must provide your own linens and bath towels. Also, this wasn't stated upfront. It wasn't until after i was locked in with my credit card information and I reciived the confirmation email that we would have to provide our own linens. None of this is enough to make us not want to stay here again, they're just minor changes that could help achieve that 5 star rating! Overall, it was great and we will come back!

The property is in a very good location. The property was clean and cozy. I love that everyone had there own private balcony. My only problem was that the smoke alarms went off for no reason and the property management was not on site and hard to get a hold of but other than that our stay was wonderful and I would definitely book here again.

Great property, amazing location

Water views from every room, lots of balconies with chairs on them, spacious condo, well equipped kitchen, tvs in each room that has streaming services available. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The laundry room was sizable and very nice, and the bathrooms with the double sinks were great. The location is unbeatable - you can be on the boardwalk in just a few minutes right where all the action is. We have young children and it was an easy walk for them even carrying all of our beach stuff. Our kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool at the property. It was challenging to figure out the bed sizes for each room ahead of time so we could order appropriate linens. I emailed the property manager but never got a response. About a week before our trip we finally got an automated email with check-in instructions that listed the beds, which was helpful, but it would have been nice to have that earlier. There were blankets, but not enough for us, so we ended up buying some additional blankets for our stay. The pillows were ok but not as comfortable as normal hotel pillows. Overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The minor inconveniences were not a major issue and the upsides outweighed the downsides significantly.

We loved the convenience of the rental. Very enjoyable. Contacted owner about chain lock being broken and they were less than helpful. Little children can walk right out the front door so I had to barricade the door. Other than that, it was very nice

On The Boardwalk

This condo was the perfect accommodation for our group of 6 relative to living space, equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Great location one block from the boardwalk and the beach and in close proximity to eateries, convenience stories, shopping, entertainment: would never have had to use the car. Property manager was readily available and responsive. Would certainly use again!

The condo is very spacious and the location is great. It is close to the boardwalk and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. The only glitch was it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived and the previous tenants left a big mess. There were dirty dishes, food on the counter and tables, clothing on the bathroom floors. I’ve have never seen anything like this in all the years of vacationing anywhere. However, it was taken care of rapidly with one call to the manager of the property. A cleaning crew arrived very quickly and did a great job while we were out for a short time. So, my family and I really enjoyed the week and plan to rent the condo next year.
