Great property for large family!

The location is great. This home features two well equipped kitchens with plenty of dishes and silverware which is rare in rentals. The corner lot is beautiful with great balconies and plenty of outdoor seating. The pictures in the listing are accurate and we appreciated staying in an older, but updated, OC property. The full size washer and dryer are on the top floor which wasn’t ideal for me with bad knees but we managed. The reponsiveness of the owners was exceptional.

Fantastic Home

The home was precisely as described. Everything worked and appointed properly. I hosted a group of ladies (12) for a wellness and health experience. This place was excellent. The only thing was that when we moved a couch to do yoga there were several bottles and other debris. This was ok, we swept it up but it was a little disappointing. Other than that though, we were very happy.The hosts were even gracious enough to work with us on checking in early and checking out late. That was very kind of them, some owners are unwilling to work with you on matters like that. Thank you.

Great Place

This is a great place to stay! We had multiple families and one with a small baby. We enjoyed that there was a separate area on the lower level for the family with the infant. It was clean and the manager was very responsive. Walking distance to the beach! Overall, great place!

Spacious Stay

My brother and I booked this house for a three day weekend with our friends. We had a total of 18 people staying in the house, which is a tough number to accommodate. We had to share a few of the larger sized beds in order to fit everyone comfortably, but that was something we all agreed on prior to arrival. If it weren't for the car show going on (which was super cool btw), we would have had a few of the guys sleep on the couches in the living room. It was just too noisy for that. Overall, the place was exactly what we were looking for in terms of location, cleanliness, and large common areas such as the living room/dinning area & wrap around porch. The hosts (Matt & Julie) communicate very well and will respond to any of your questions or concerns in a timely manner. Additionally, their check-in/check-out processes were extremely easy and straightforward. This house is best suited for a large family or group of friends looking to be within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and the local bars and restaurants. I look forward to coming back again next year!

Needs improvements

This was a weekend for our family, 10 adults (my wife and I, our four children and their spouse's), and five of our grandchildren, to all stay together at the same house to celebrate 3 birthdays and a wedding anniversary. The only two positive comments I have about this property is the Location and, the size was accommodating. There were many Cobwebs on ceiling/walls (wife vacuumed what she could see) an ant issue coming through the hole in the floor on the corner of second floor entry. Found roaches throughout second floor (had to purchase ant and roach spray). Furniture very used and out dated throughout the entire house. Second floor couches and pillows were disgustingly dirty and showing many stains. Carpets also very used and outdated. I would suggest an exterminator and upholstery/carpet cleaning before the next renters. For the price that I paid I was very disappointed, and my family and I were definitely not impressed. We will not be considering this property for future vacations to Ocean City.

Pre-wedding vacation

My fiancĂ© and I planned a pre wedding vacation with some of our friends and had the best time. It was the perfect location right across from brass balls and the boardwalk/beach was a 5 min walk. Only about a 10 min drive from Fager’s island and Seacrets. The house was perfect for what we needed it for. Plenty of space/beds!

Lovely place for a family reunion

My family stayed here for a family reunion/throwback beach vacation. The house is large and spacious, but well laid out and there was room both for everyone to gather and for people to take a break before jumping back into the fun. There were twelve of us and the main living area allowed all of us to gather for meals, while having two well appointed kitchens made meal prep much easier. There was always a shady spot on the large verandas and several of us often enjoyed relaxing breezes there. The house is located a block off the boardwalk, which means it was quiet while still being close to everything. It's about half-way between both ends of the boardwalk and there are several shops, restaurants, and activities within walking distance. You don't have to drive anywhere once you're there, unless you want to go on a day trip or to the supermarket. The owners, Julie and Matt, were a delight to communicate with and very responsive to any concerns we had. They want to make sure their guests enjoy their stay, so don't hesitate to reach out to them with any questions or concerns you may have both before and during your stay. In all, we were all very happy with our stay and hope to do this again someday.

Amazing Christmas Getaway

Our family of 17, which consisted of 4 generations stayed at this property for our Christmas getaway. The trip was all about making memories and enjoying family. This property made it so easy for us to obtain our goal. We had plenty of room to accommodate us all comfortably. The pictures were also accurately depicted. The house also came with some pleasant surprises such as excellent cookware and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Most of all, it was CLEAN! Along with the pleasant surprises came a MAJOR BONUS. Matt and Julie were phenomenal communicators. They made the check-in and check-out process seamless. They were friendly and sincerely cared about us having a wonderful experience at their property. If I had any critique, the house decor is a bit dated and you can’t gain access to all 3 levels from one entry point. Also, the floors on the 3rd floor are a bit un level. As noted, it didn’t take away from the experience- which is why I can honestly rate this 5 stars. We are already talking about booking this home again during the summer months. This home is perfectly located by the boardwalk walking distance. Thanks again! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family friendly corner property 1 block walk to the OC boardwalk and beach! Extremely well equipped kitchen. Parking for multiple cars. One block walk to the boardwalk and beach. But the best part was the wrap around porch, always providing a spot for sun or shade morning and afternoon, with a great breeze! Our favorite spot!

Great property in a Fantastic Location

Matt and Julie were very welcoming and have a fantastic property. We rented both units in late April for a family get together and could not have been more satisfied. House is clean and comfortable with multiple large decks and plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and contain thoughtful upgrades like a USB charger/power strips so that you don't have to find an outlet. Although not on the water, you can see the ocean from the decks and it is only a block away. Highly recommend. .

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home is even better than we expected. It’s so convenient to everything. Very well equipped. It was exceptionally clean and Julie was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this Home to future guests and will definitely stay again on our next visit to OC!
