I would have loved my stay if the hotel would have given me the room I paid for and reserved. I clicked “oceanfront and King bed.” They gave the pool view, and the manager blamed the mistake on Expedia by telling me, “well that’s how it came through to us.” The hotel was NOT sold out. I will never reserve a Holiday Inn hotel in the future.

Beautiful hotel

My experience with this hotel was amazing. The area was clean. I like the amenities outside. It has a pool with a bar. Everything was beautiful. The only thing that caught my eye was the elevator. It started to act funny and I thought we were gonna get stuck, but everything is fine

Check in staff was great. The restaurant was the best. The downside were the drumk cops who were drunk, loud, and obnoxious the whole time. I had to call the front desk because they were outback screaming at 1130pm.

The thing that I did not like about this property was the phone didn't work the safe didn't work the refrigerator didn't work it was just a daunting experience they were doing construction over our room so I had to get another room on a lower floor after the room was exchanged it was fine but it wasn't a very pleasant experience
