Peak Boardwalk Vacation

We didn't spend a ton of time at the property, because why would you when the beach is RIGHT outside your window, but the beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and the location cannot be beat. It was noisy at night, but that's to be expected given the location. We brought ear plugs and slept great. Communication with the property was excellent too. Great experience all around.

Great place, great location

We had a 3 night stay with our family & very pleased with the place. The views from the 2 front bedrooms were beautiful. The unit worked out well as the two front bedrooms are joined (have to go into one bedroom to get to the door of the 2nd) so my husband & I were in one & our daughter stayed in the other. The unit had window ac units in the bedrooms so during the day we left our doors open to cool off the living room area. The unit was fully furnished with towels, linens, soaps & shampoo
staying for only 3 days it was enough but if you stay longer they recommend bringing more supplies along. We did not have an issue finding free parking along the street. Once we parked, we didn’t move the car til we left. All in all it was a great mini vacation for my family of 5.

Great view for great value

Great view and value! Loved waking up to the sunrise right outside the window. Located on the boardwalk at 4th street across the street from the ocean and above a DD if you’re a coffee lover! Avi was attentive and communicated day of and for check out and was so friendly and helpful! Bring washcloths but bath towels are provided. Apartment was clean and ready upon arrival and there was a mini fridge/freezer combo in the kitchenette and pots, pans, silverware and plates provided. Though the building complex itself is dated, the owners did a great job modernizing and decorating for an updated feel. Would stay again and would be ideal with kids

Wonderful

Had an amazing time! Went with family, ages 7, 12, and 13. Apartment was perfect and exactly as advertised. No washer/dryer and kitchenette. We prepared for those minor details and it turned out perfectly. We also brought our own beach towels and an extra shower curtain, and we're able to dry easily everyday. Apartment air conditioners worked great, beds were comfortable, and access to the beach, boardwalk, and amusement parks was of tremendous value. Staff were super friendly and helped us unload car and direct us to free parking. Communicating with Caela was very easy and she is very responsive. We had so much fun: felt really safe and secure in our apartment and building, and would definitely go back. The only reason I would hesitate is because there is no way we could recreate the fantastic memories made.

Enjoyed our stay!

The space was recently updated and is super clean. Beds are comfortable - not too firm, not too soft. We especially loved having an ocean view from 2 of the bedrooms. The property manager Darren was attentive, friendly, and helpful during our stay as were all other staff we met. We’ll be back!

Towels were provided it said and coin operated laundry. There was no laundry when I asked upon our arrival, and towels were provided however no wash towels and only one towel per person for our 4 day stay. With all the sand and two little kids, we needed to be able to wash the towels we had or have more. Not providing wash towels should have been stated.

Great Place to Stay!!

This was a great trip and a great place to stay. It was big, clean, had an amazing view and in the perfect location. The property manager was very helpful and attentive to all of our questions and needs. Would highly recommend staying here and will be back next year for sure.

Had a fantastic time. Met or exceeded all expectations. Easy check-in and check out. Unbelievably quiet location for being right on the boardwalk. Wonderful views of the beach. Easy access to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach!

My husband and I spent five days with our daughter and fiancé who had to work remotely. It worked well for 4 people with the setup. They used the 2 front bedrooms to work and could see us from the windows! Easy for them to join for a break! Jacob was amazing upon arrival. He helped us with all our stuff and recommended where to park. The unit was clean and the bedding comfortable. I am glad I brought my own clothes rack to dry the beach towels and suits.

Five fun filled days

Great location. I took two of my adult grandkids and their significant others and my 8 month old great grandson. We were on the second floor (a little tough with a baby and stroller and beach stuff). Very impressed with the cleanliness and Jacob was very responsive to our needs. Had everything we needed including a beautiful view! I have a suggestion for more books on the walls and back of all the bedroom doors for convenience. Especially the bedroom with no closet. The other 4 adults wished they had brought their own pillows but mine were fine. The bathroom is very tight but we knew that when we booked and it worked for us. Bathed the baby in the kitchen sink😂. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great clean modern suite. Fab location right on the boardwalk with view of the water from our bedroom. Especially liked the perk of outdoor shower right by boardwalk entrance for ease of washing off sand.
