Family vacation

This is our second time staying here and we love the location of it. We staying in the three bedroom and two bathroom apartment. This worked out great considering we have five of us. It is right in the middle of everything. The apartments have been fixed up bc it is a very old bldg. we had great views of the water from the room we stayed in. I just wished they had an elevator and washer/dryer. But we would definitely stay here again.

Location is the best part

Pros: Location was absolutely perfect. The boardwalk just below was never loud or rowdy at any point of the day. No noise issues at all. Views were great as well. Property managers were very efficient in responding and very helpful. They changed out our towels and gave us clean sheets when we requested them halfway through our stay. Cons: All ikea furniture so some of it has not held up well. Water pressure was pretty poor and apartment was not that clean when we arrived. There was other people’s garbage in the cans when we check in. And of course the 3 flights up with all of our stuff was killer but we knew about that beforehand. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

We had a wonderful family vacation, the location is excellent. You’re literally exiting onto the boardwalk right in the middle of everything. The property manager Kadesha was excellent. We will definitely rent this condo again when we go back next year.

We enjoyed this place because it was in front of beautiful beach! One thing, I wish I’ve known that this unit is on 3rd floor. My elder mom(83) couldn’t go out beach more than 1time because the stairs were too many!

Overall a great place to stay! Just a few things to know before you go

Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Location is awesome, property manager was great! But the “stove” is a one burner hot plate, the fridge is a hotel size (so pack a weeks worth of food, like we did) and there are no balconies. Also, no elevator, so be cautious if taking an elderly person with you, like we did. Over all it was great!

Bedroom was ocean front but living room area was dark/ no windows/ . Had no elevator/ had to walk all our stuff up 3 flights of very narrow steps-

Great location

Communication was excellent, check in easy, apartment was good enough and in an excellent location on the boardwalk. Loved having Dunkin’ Donuts right below us. Finding parking was AWFUL on day one due to no designated parking spots. It took us well over an hour which was not expected. So once parking was found, we walked everywhere vs trying to drive and find parking again. Couch in living room area was not comfy to sit on so I def wouldn’t recommend someone sleeping on it and ALL pillows need to be replaced as they are completely flat. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the building and the staff replaced our towels quickly when requested. I would stay here again but thought it was slightly overpriced due to lack of parking and no balcony.

Total disappointment

Would have liked to know there was no elevator since I mentioned we had an 84 year old with us. The police were in front of the building trying to break up fights until 2:00AM. The images online do not reflect the look of the actual place. Very disappointed and didn't feel safe in the area.

Perfect stay for our annual girls trip!!!

We had an amazing stay! The place was very clean, it smelled very good! It was exactly as we saw in the photos and the owner was very professional and responsive when answering all of my questions prior to check in! Our personal host Darren was very nice and extremely helpful in getting us situated at check in and check out!! Great beach view from the master bedroom! While towels and hand towels were provided, I would recommend providing wash clothes as well...other that that it was a great experience!

On the beach, accurate listing

The listing is very accurate, great views, lots of A/C. Kitchenette was plenty for us which we mostly used for leftovers and breakfasts. This is one of the few condo's in the area that is on the beach without a balcony, so if you really want to sit outside and just look at the beach, you'll have to go down to it - but that's really the only draw-back. One big plus is ALL the hallways etc are well ventilated with open windows and a breeze, all the soaps are clearly marked antibacterial and everyone in the units are being safe and wearing masks. If you're looking for a safe, clean, amazingly close spot to the beach, this is a perfect choice.
