Very awesome. The only two negative things were that the pool was out of commission and then suddenly having to evacuate due to the cleaning of or maintenance in one of the apartments on a different floor. Otherwise very nice!

Not as advertised

Not a terrible place - the unit itself was fine. A bit dated and certainly not upscale but acceptable. The sleepsofa, however, is terrible - needs to be replaced - you would be much better off bringing an air mattress. My main displeasure was the state of the building itself. The advertised indoor poor was 'closed for renovation' without being noted in the listing. The deck photographed is all taken down/not accessible. The building's beach access door and walkway to the beach closed/unavailable - you have to walk thru the parking lot and around the building. No 'shower for feet' for returning from the beach. Not at all a luxury condo in its current state (and that should be made clear in the listing!).

Cleaning and bedding

The property is good, but I highly recommend bringing some extra stuff to sleep on if you’re coming with family. The bedding is extremely stiff. The pull out couch has springs almost popping out of the mattress, just your normal wear and tear. We ended up getting something to lay on the mattress because our children said the springs hurt too much. I did explain to them that those mattresses are always a little thinner because they have to be able to fold up but when I felt it, I could feel it too. Almost nothing but springs.

Great Beach Condo

806 Marigot Beach is a wonderful, little condo on the beach! The direct beach access is amazing, and even on a Saturday, this stretch of beach did not get as full as other parts of OC. My wife and I enjoyed our coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise on the water as well as a few "home" made meals while listening to the waves crash. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth, and the assigned parking meant we never had to stress about finding a spot. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had an amazing stay!

My fiance and friends stayed here in June 2024. We’ve vacationed in the area for the last 5+ years, and can collectively say that this was the most fantastic stay so far. The rental was very clean and well decorated. The amenities were spot on in the listing and impressive while we were there. The quick access to the beach, and sound of the ocean from the balcony door were amazing! The neighborhood is quiet with groceries and other necessities within walking distance. We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect rental experience on a perfect Memorial Day weekend

The unit is in a high rise amongst "condo-row" with an 8th floor view of both the ocean (sunrise) on one side and the bayside (sunset) on the other! very clean place and the linen surface was perfect and easy.

The location was great. The condo could have been much cleaner. Having to pay extra for sheets and towels was ridiculous, given the high price of the unit.

We enjoyed our stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo.It's definitely dated and could use some upgrading, but that's not an important factor for us. We brought our own linens for the bed, as is required. We didn't bring our own blanket for the bed since one is provided. However, the blanket had definitely not been washed. Next time, we will bring our own blankets as well. You can't beat the location, and proximity to the beach. We would stay here again.

This property needed a good cleaning. All glass surfaces were smeared and all the vents needed cleaned. The 1/2 bath was dirty around the vents and the wall.
