Went down Valentine's weekend had a great time! The condo was beautiful and so clean. Comfortable beds! You have the best of both views, ocean on one side for beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets on the others side at the bay. Close to grocery stores and some of our favorite places to visit. The property amenities are great. We had a blast in the game room and loved watching a movie in the theater. We will definitely be back.

The condo was modern, clean and spacious with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Great balcony with 2 locations to sit and a view of the ocean on comfortable Adirondack chairs. The grounds are pretty with 2 pools and a heated baby pool. Simple walk to the beach just past the pool area. Many convenient amenities nearby. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Overall we had a great time in OC. The property had all the desired comforts of home. It was nice having our own private laundry. Being an end unit we had a balcony overlooking both the ocean and the bay. It was great for watching the sunrise and sunset. The home was clean and had modern amenities. The kids enjoyed the beach, outdoor and indoor pools, as well as the kiddy pool or “splash pad” as they called it. If we come back to OC anytime soon we would definitely consider staying here again.

4 of us stayed here, for a girls weekend. My two daughters and granddaughter! We had an amazing time. The property is exactly as described. It was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfortable. My granddaughter LOVED the trundle bed. The kitchen is well stocked. The building had great amenities, and the condo had a starter pack, which we found helpful. The owner was very prompt with texts. We didnt have any issues, but he was ready with suggestions if we needed anything. Check in and check out was super easy. The decor in this unit is beautiful!!! The patio was a great spot to relax and watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee. Perfectly located to restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee shops. We hope to return!! Thanks for a lovely couple of days.

Beautiful family vacation spot

Our stay was amazing! We had a group of 5 teen/preteen girls and 2 moms to keep them alive, lol. Our girls had a room dedicated to getting ready and they slept comfortably in the bunk room. They were amazed by the bathrooms. Very chic and the towel warmers were "so bougie!" The kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you will need to cook. The primary bedroom is so comfy! I didn't move a muscle during our first night and slept like a rock. The girls loved picking out their own movie in the little theater and hanging out at the arcade. They loved every second. The host was so responsive and very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

We go to Ocean City multiple times a year and always stay at SeaWatch. This is by far the best unit we have stayed in. It was clean, had everything you needed and the starter packs for the kitchen & the bathroom were so nice to have and helps eliminate having to pack extra stuff. Rodrigo was great to work with. He answered our questions as well as checked in to see how everything was going. Everything was perfect! This has definitely become our preferred rental unit for all our future trips to Ocean City.

5 Stars all the way!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, well maintained, clean, and organized. The kitchen and bathroom starter packages were so nice to have when we arrived - eliminated needing to pack everything in the car and allowed us time to grab a few odds and ends once we got there. This is a perfect place for a family, especially if you have little ones. Everything you could need for a hot sunny day or cold rainy day is right there on site. Indoor/outdoor pools, including a kiddie pool, movie theater, sandwich/ice cream shop, arcade, and an awesome playground in the sand! Rodrigo was absolutely AMAZING to work with! He knew this was our first big trip with our 2-year-old son, and I had a lot of questions, he was so gracious to answer them all within minutes. He was kind enough to measure the balcony and space between the railing posts to make sure it was a safe place for our son. He even just added a pack n play with mattress and a highchair. How awesome to not have to pack those items! Rodrigo kept in touch the entire time before our trip, and multiple times during the days leading up to the trip. He was kind enough to call and text me the day of check in to let us know if we were able to check in early, and he was sure to message me again after checking in, and the 1st day of our trip to make sure we were doing ok and to see if there was anything else he could do for us. This place was a dream, and the owner was too! Hope to come back soon :) Thank you, Rodrigo!!

Family vacation

Rodrigo’s condo is a perfect place to stay for a family vacation!! The Sea Watch offers every amenity a family could enjoy—pool, gym, basketball courts, movie theater, pickle ball—not to mention the priceless views. Being located in the end unit offered privacy and extra space. I would definitely stay here again. Rodrigo was responsive when I reached out with any question! A great host!

Perfect views!

Our family of 7 was heading out to Ocean City for a dance competition. The communication with Rodrigo was amazing. He was very responsive and helpful. When we arrived we found the check-in process to be seamless! The condo was exactly as pictured. So many other families on our trip did not have the same pleasant experience as we did. The space: the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect! While the kitchen is a tight space, it has all the amenities. We loved the large table for all 7 of us to eat dinner at. The living area was also perfect. Balconies: This condo has views of the water from 3 sides!! We enjoyed both the front balcony watching the sunset on the bay and the back balcony to watch the ocean!! Perfect! Sea Watch: We didn’t spend too much time here but we will say that the pool was great on one of the days that it was super windy. There are three pools and from the balcony you can see them. We did spend most of our time on the beach which was easily accessible. We were so happy with our stay. We definitely recommend staying here and we loved working with Rodrigo. I would recommend this condo to any of our friends going to OC.

easy, perfect and a beautiful view!

5 stars all around! This place was perfect for us. The views on both balconies were great! Loved that even though we were toward the back of the building we could still see the ocean. The best part was we didn’t have to fight all the 4th of July traffic! We were able to stay in, make food for dinner and watch the fireworks (best view ever) right off the balcony. The lock on the back sliding door had broken off. Contacted the owner and he was able to get someone to fix it right away while we were at the beach! With having little ones that we didn’t want out on the deck, that meant a lot to us. Plenty of fun for the kids! My littles loved the little kids pool, arcade room and the playground. Check in and check out was super easy and not at all stressful. Which is very appreciated especially being on vacation. Rodrigo Filipe responded quickly, was extremely nice and pleasant. All in all, we loved this place! Very hard to find a place like this now a days in OC that is worth your money! You won’t regret booking here! We would stay here a million times over again!!

Amazing vacation

This condo was everything we could have asked for and more. Very clean anything and everything we needed was there. Host was very easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions we had. Very easy check in and check out. Views were amazing. Will def recommend to friends and rent again!
