The property manager was responsive prior to check-in and accommodated our early check-in, which we appreciated. The condo was spacious, had a great ocean view, and indoor pool was a plus for the kids.However, the unit did not match the listing photos, and overall cleanliness and preparedness were below expectations. The bedsheets were dark (unlike the listing), did not smell clean, and the master bed had visible marks. We had to wash all sheets upon arrival. The master bed also only had two pillows with cases; additional pillows had no pillowcases, making them unusable.While the condo listing stated that towels, tissues, paper towels and dishwashing supplies were not included, other essentials were also missing and not disclosed, such as bathroom mats and extra trash bags. This resulted in multiple trips to the store throughout our stay.Cleanliness was an issue. The balcony furniture was extremely dusty, to the point that my toddlerâs clothes were covered in dust after brief contact. We had to clean it ourselves before use.There were several maintenance concerns: a rusty kettle, non-working TV remote in one room, and lamps with dead bulbs. Additionally, the ice rink (one of the reasons we chose this property) was only operational for part of our stayOverall, the experience felt underprepared and not guest-focused. Even if certain supplies are not provided, basic items like trash bags, bathroom mats (for safety), working lights and functional equipment should be standard
