I brought my family of 7 to stay here for the new years holiday. It was clean and beautiful. The view was amazing right next to the beach and boardwalk.. With views of the Bayside as well. We were able to see the amazing fireworks show from the balcony. It was easy from parking to check out. Communication was amazing and it felt personalized. I would absolutely stay here again.

The condo is conveniently located on the boardwalk with easy access to the beach, food and shopping. It has great beach decor, space for 5 adults, laundry and views of the bay and beach on both sides. We love how accessible it is for families with limited mobility.

Great Location!

This is the perfect location for the beach and boardwalk. There is nice off-street parking. The condo was spacious enough for our family of 9. The bunk bed was a little squeaky and uncomfortable for adults, but we switched it with one of the kids, and it was fine.

Perfect Beach Condo

Amazing views, spacious, clean, well equipped. The Condo had everything you need for a fun relaxing vacation. Walking distance to anything you need. Convenient/safe parking in the garage right next to the elevator. I highly recommend and would come back again.

Absolutely Amazing!

The whole process from booking to check in, the stay, and check out was incredibly easy. We were in town for a cheerleading competition and my kids absolutely love heading to the boardwalk and the arcade every time we are here so we took that into consideration and ended up finding this beautiful home! It had the space and comfort everyone needed as well as the amenities for us to save and be able to cook rather than fighting to find somewhere to eat out and spend a ton of extra money. Samantha and Bob were nothing short of absolutely stellar from day one and they even remembered that months prior I had inquired about an earlier check in if possible and as promised got back in touch with me the week of check in to let me know they were able to accommodate that. They are all around fantastic, the property is beautiful, well stocked, and incredibly clean! We will 100% be booking to stay here for all our future trips❀

Great Property

We went during the off season and the property was great value. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, very functional living room, and awesome main space. The place was cleanly, towels and linens clean and provided. Internet was fast as well.

Best place we have stayed

We have been going to Sunfest for 6 years, just the girls. We have stayed at several hotels but this 3 bedroom condo on the boardwalk was by far the best. We had the 8th floor, back corner which gave us the Bay AND the Ocean views. We could walk to sunfest and many bars/eating places. Then the bus took us any place else. The unit was clean but there was remnants of sand. The furniture is definitely used, cushions not so comfortable. Overall though, great place to stay and we plan on returning next year.

Perfect Location & Gorgeous Views

This was the first time we stayed down near the inlet and it was a beautiful location, within walking distance of everything we needed. The home was beautiful, spacious, and everyone we interacted with were so friendly! I highly recommend!

Family retreat

The property was the perfect location! The ease of renting the property and information from the listing agent was wonderful! I was very upset at how dirty the place was when I arrived. There was not enough silverware, plates, or cooking pots. The tablecloth on the table was so dirty that I went to Walmart to buy a new one. We also purchased cleaning supplies to disinfect the kitchen and bathroom. There was mold on the ceiling in both bathrooms. The place has a lot of potential it just needs a major overhaul and update.

Amazing property.

Not only are the views spectacular but it was very comfortable and well-stocked. The beds are incredibly comfortable, to the point I checked the mattress brand so I can get one for myself. We liked it so much we’ve already rebooked for the same time next year.

Fantastic Stay

I would rate this property 9/10. The location was great. The property is bigger than in the pictures. It fit our 6 person family with room to spare. The only (small) negative was an issue with sand in some of the linens, possibly because the dryer had sand in it. I would highly recommend this property!

Location, Location, Location!

Amazing location with breathtaking oceanfront and sunset views that can’t be beat! Steps to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach - who could ask for anything more from a vacation rental? Lots of space for the four of us, but could comfortably accommodate 6-8. Excellent communications with the property owner. Easy to park and check in. Perfect trip. Thanks again!

It was okay

It was clean when I came there, but no one had cleaned the windows before we got there so it looked like a permanent fog when it was just dirty. The door to the deck from the living room was always sliding as if it was going to come off the slide it was on. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Not enough cleaning products for the trip. And no one came to clean the place in between occupants. So if some had covid anyone who came to stay after would have caught it bc no one cleaned it after we left, bc we came back to drop stuff back there to find some came up RIGHT after we had left. So I'd say 4 stars
