Nice hotel, right in the heart of OC Boardwalk, which makes walking to local shops/restaurants a breeze. Got a "Bayview" room, Unfortunately no view of the bay really... more of a city view than bay OR more of a pool view than bay, so careful what you book... if you want to see water just spend the extra $ for oceanfront. Clean spacious rooms, some w/kitchenette. Accommodating staff. Thrashers is next door, must have fresh fries!

Since I didn’t book through hotel when we checked in they charged $47 for parking so we didn’t save any money and when discussing it with the hotel desk they said they were permitted to charge me for parking and refused to wave it. We will not stay there again.

Always a good place to stay in OC.

Second time staying here with the family. The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. Access to the beach is great. The two things that could improve is to make sure cleaners clean all the dishes, even if the guest washed them after they left. The water pressure was pretty low for showers. Other than that my family would stay here again.

Hotel has very dated rooms with much needed tlc. The rooms are small. and you can hear through the walls. 520 The walls are chipping and the drop ceiling track is rusted. The carpet is old and the laminate in the bathroom is peeling apart. The shower doors screech and and track is dirty. The couch is uncomfortable and the water pressure sucks. Pillows are small and miss matched. Ocean view is nice but the balcony is very small. Room 214 Not a room for a family with children or one wanting privacy. All the same issues as 520 but this rooms sliding door is 6ft away from the bar open to the public from 12pm to 9pm. You can not leave the curtains open to see the view of the ocean because there are always other people looking in your room. They painted a blue square to signify your area, which was about 2 wide feet by 6 feet in length. There is absolutely no separation from the rest of the deck, which is also a restaurant. Restaurant patrons and other hotel guests will sit directly infront of your room leaving you feeling uncomfortable as your whole room and personal belongings are on display. The hotel is right on the board walk and staff is freindly. If this hotel was updated it would be a great location as it is downtown and minutes form everything. Miss Paula did help us out by changing our room the second night which we greatly appreciated. All in all the hotel is over priced for the accommodations

We have stayed at the Park Place before and enjoy that its literally steps from the beach. We decided to stay this time in a Oceanfront room. The view was amazing. That being said, the rooms needs to be updated. Looking forward to our next visit to OC MD

Overall a great hotel to stay in at OceanCity beach front. The staff members provided excellent services. The bathroom could need a little renovations done. The pool side is very nice! It very convenient being at that hotel due to the proximity to the boardwalk.

Water pressure was bad room was very dusty accumulated dust behind the beds and chairs. Shower door needed to be cleaned. Back of the door walking in needs to be clean emergency alarm went off Wednesday early morning causing everyone to have to evacuate ADA accessories was not available to come down from the seventh floor. I had to crawl down. I am not happy pay too much. Money is expecting more.

This is our second time staying at this location and we had just as good of an experience as the first time! The property location is perfect and super convenient for activities for our two children to do! The two pools on site are also perfect and were well maintained! Rooms could use a little upgrading and the AC unit made a terrible noise that we would have to turn it off intermittently.

Great place but needs to be said they charge 10 dollars a day to park (should be free) They state you get 2 free lounge chair rentals but want to charge you 32 dollars for an umbrella. Figured they would be included. Place is very nice and a fun place to stay in a perfect location. Just didn’t like the small extra charges.
