My husband and I went for an Anniversary weekend during the weekend of Hurricane Erin. No beach one of the days, but we enjoyed the pool bar and large pool. The bartenders were very friendly. The drinks and food options were delicious. We loved not having to go out for food. The suite was really nicely decorated, big and I loved that it had a full size fridge for drinks. However, the outlet for the fridge kept tripping and we had to reset it every few hours. The next day was sunny, so we hung out on the beach behind the hotel. This area was very pretty with a bar and food, as well. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!!

Disappointing Experience, Needs Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. While the property has potential, it fell short in several key areas. One major issue was the constant smell of marijuana from the balconies, despite it being advertised as a smoke-free zone. I voiced my concerns to the staff, but no action was taken, which was frustrating. Additionally, my room's phone didn't work, and the front desk neglected to inform me of this. There were no apologies or attempts to make amends, which I found unacceptable considering the price I paid. Though the staff were nice, they were limited in providing information and assistance. The food options were subpar and overpriced, not aligning with what I expected from a family-friendly establishment. I genuinely wonder what "kid-friendly" means when the balcony experience is overshadowed by marijuana smoke. Overall, while I like the hotel's atmosphere, it needs to improve security and ensure that its smoke-free policy is enforced. With some adjustments, I believe it could be a much nicer place to stay.

I was excited when I booked this resort. When I arrived the front desk was not friendly especially asking a question about my room. I was told because I booked through expedia I get whatever is available. When I get to the room it was not swept the toilet was leaking had to call front desk and they sent someone up. Two different workers had to come. Oh and when I had to call the phone was filthy. I wasn’t impressed especially paying over $400 a night. I personally would not ever stay here nor recommend to anyone.

Perfect for our family! Two kids, 5 and 7. The indoor pool was great. The bar/grill at the pool had the best chicken wings! Highly recommend, I’d like for the rooms to have a broom and dustpan, it’ll help as we tackle sand from the beach. I would stay here again
