Lovely condo on the ocean

Pros: Beautiful condo directly on the ocean with wonderful view. We were two seniors, son and his wife and a 14 and 12 year old. Condo was spacious as were the bedrooms and balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped. Dining room sat six. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress. Location was excellent.Cons: The master bath had a large walk-in shower but the sliding glass doors kept coming off the track. During our stay a colony of ants took up residence in the living room. When I called the management company, they said they didn’t know how long it would be for them to come out. They suggested we buy ant traps. When I told them that was not the service I expected, they delivered ant traps the next morning (which did solve the problem). Minor issue: My son and his wife felt secondary bathroom should have a lock on the door.

Vacasa didn't do well on this one

Overall it was okay. But it was very disappointing that it was not clean. There was sand all over the couches and beds dish towels were dirty, there was a dirty q-tip on the sink and the master bathroom, there were a couple screws laying here and there, overall creaminess needed a lot. There is not a hair dryer at this facility and it was listed that it would be there when I contacted vacasa about no hair dryer and the 30 areas they said someone would get back to us and that never happened then when I called vacasa again later that evening approximately 4 hours after we got there to tell them there was no hot water I was told they would do something about it in 2 hours after that there was still nothing so I texted back again and finally received a call after that text trying to walk me through how to turn the hot water heater on. Overall I've never had these problems at any of the places I've rented before so it was disappointing. Not getting a phone call to even ask if we ever got the hot water heater working was very disappointing. Had I been in a hotel I would have asked for a different room or for my money back. There was absolutely nothing offered to us for our troubles! Like I said I never had this problem with any of my previous rentals. I hope I never have a problem like this again.

One of the nicest places we've stayed in OC!

We have rented at quite a few places over the years in OCMD this is one of the few that we would return to. There were a few hiccups with a lamp missing, some sheets missing but rental company was quick & responsive. Views were amazing, mattresses were comfortable.

Spacious and excellent beach view!!!

Great location!!! The ocean view was incredible! Spacious rooms! We would love to go back again only if the place get some TLC. The second bathroom and kitchen needs updating. It’s old and rusted. Toilet are very low and the sit cover is torn. The bedroom closets falling apart. The same with some of the kitchen cabinets. Also I suggest to use a better cleaning product to have the room smell welcoming.

Perfect location

Nice quiet building right on the beach. Starbucks and pretty much anything else you can think of in walking distance. The main living room and master bedroom much bigger then they appear in pictures. Would definitely return. Place could use some minor upgrades. Bedroom tv and stand, Shower heads, door knobs that don’t lock, patio furniture, garbage can and just some other minor things. We initially had a place booked in one of the larger buildings down the strip and are so happy we decided to make the change to this place.

Nancy Pilotte 2:31 PM (4 minutes ago) to info I just wanted to mention a couple of things about our stay in Ocean City, MD from June 27-30at 603 Sandbridge. 1. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable 2. The balcony view was great 3. Parking was very convenient 4. Loved the elevator and the easy access to the beach 5 Communications by email were timely and clear But... 1. The toilets are very, very low. I am estimating about 13 inches high, and crammed between the sink and the shower. As the adults were over 6 ft tall, and one has difficulty getting up from a seated position, this was not a high point of our stay. 2. The shower head in the black and white bath should be replaced. Its flow was uneven and quite poor. 3. A grab bar in that shower would have been very helpful 4. All the sinks (kitchen and baths) drained VERY slowly. Treatment with Drano may be in order. 5. The largest burner on the kitchen stove did not appear to heat although the red light did indicate that it was on 6. This kitchen could have used at least 1 nonstick skillet for making eggs. The single large skillet was not, and its bottom was not flat, so cleaning up the eggs that burned in it was not easy. 7. The right-hand door on the upper cabinets next to the dining area needs to be tightened as it is loose and could easily fall off. 8. The cabinet doors under the sink need realignment as they do not close. 9. The garbage disposal works, but sounds as if i

Excellent view

The property needs quit a bit of TLC. Furniture was old and frayed, kitchen appliances need replacing (stove burner did not work). Bedding and towels were very clean. Bathroom rods were coming off the showers and shower head needs replacing. Great view!!

Worked great for us, would stay there again!

The view can't be beat, we both agreed that we would happily stay there again. The lock was problematic, we thought that we were going to have to call the property managers in order to leave, the lock was not working properly. It took like 20 times to get it to lock. The kitchen garbage can needed to be replaced and scrubbed, those were the only complaints tho. The weather was too cold for spending time on the beach, but the balcony was a perfect wind blocker. If you plan on spending a lot of time out there you might want to bring some comfy chairs.

Great View But Some Real Problems

PROS: The view was incredible and extended to the master bedroom, which was wonderful. You could lay in bed and watch the ocean. Tile floor in main area was nice. Dedicated parking space right in front of building was great. Good location. Far enough North that beaches weren’t crowded at all. Place was clean when we arrived. CONS: front door lock jams every time you try to lock or unlock. Seriously, ever single time. It’s VERY frustrating and a MAJOR hassle. Lock needs to be replaced. TV in bedroom doesn’t work. No cable in the unit and not a smart tv. So what’s the point of having the tv there if you can’t watch anything on it. It’s shown in the pictures of the unit, so it’s false advertising. TV in living room is a smart tv and works but no cable. The stove is ancient and doesn’t work right. Only one large burner and it won’t heat up all the way. For these reasons, I wouldn’t stay in this unit again. But I would stay in a different unit at this place.

Great condo in northern OC!

My wife and 3 teenage sons stayed here for 5 days in mid-August. The condo was very clean, with all the basic necessities. The unit is on the 6th floor, but there aren't many units and the elevator was always quick to arrive. You will not be disappointed with the beach/ocean views from the deck! The king bed in the master was so comfortable. Two other beds and a pull-out sofa suited our family perfectly. The kitchen is small, but sufficiently stocked and more than adequate for preparing meals, although we usually had dinner or ordered takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. I think you could stay here a week and walk to a different ice cream shop every evening! And a 2 minute walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy the ocean and still grab a bite at the condo. My only recommendation for the owner would be 2 comfy chairs on the deck to fully appreciate the experience. There is a table and chairs, and we enjoyed Thai takeout one evening with the most enjoyable views and sounds of the ocean. Watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee is the perfect way to start our days at the beach. Cannot wait to return again!

A Little Disappointed

This property was in a great location. There are a few things that proved difficult. The lock on the front door was difficult and confusing to operate. The kitchen pots were dirty and not adequate. There were two toasters both of which did not work properly. Two of The white towels had stains. The listing did say there wasn’t cable but I think that basic cable should be supplied, considering the price I paid for 4 nights 
 which was over $2,340. All things considered, the only thing this property had going for it was location. Therefore, I would not recommend or book this property again.

Awesome View

My husband and I had a wonderful peaceful time watching the ocean and hearing the wave action from the condo balcony while observing pelicans and dolphins. The condo is located in a perfect part of Ocean City with many restaurants within walking distance. Thank you for a nice vacation time.
