Profitez de notre maison loin de la maison sur l'ocĂ©an! HPS 3C a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© dans les murs et les planchers Ă  l'ameublement, des appareils, des comptoirs et des salles de bain - une rĂ©novation complĂšte et merveilleux. Le grand balcon face Ă  l'ocĂ©an direct avec des chaises Adirondack pour le cafĂ© du matin, et la hauteur de la barre des chaises Adirondack pour les cocktails de l'aprĂšs-midi est un plaisir absolu. La cuisine entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© est le rĂȘve d'un chef. La chambre principale est une oasis de confort et de tranquillitĂ©, avec un maĂźtre douche entiĂšrement carrelĂ©e personnalisĂ©e, avec banc qui a une vue sur l'ocĂ©an Ă  travers la porte en verre clair. La deuxiĂšme chambre dispose de deux lits doubles pour accueillir jusqu'Ă  4 personnes. Deux autres personnes peuvent ĂȘtre hĂ©bergĂ©es sur le canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. We really enjoyed our time and the accommodation. It was our first time in the area and believe this was one of nicest accommodations Really good view and we greatly enjoyed the beach. We intend to stay again in the future. Just make sure you don’t forget to bring your own linens. Highly recommend.

Fun family vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation in OCMD to celebrate July 4th with friends. We had friends staying in other units in the building. Our unit was clean, and welcoming and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so convenient to be right on the beach and have a pool to swim in when we wanted a change of scenery. We would love to come back to this property again!

Family Vacay

A beautiful well appointed condo. We had family staying in another condo on the same floor. The arrangement worked out beautifully for us. Sleeping to the sound of the waves then waking to a beautiful sunrise each morning was magical. The oceanfront location and easy access to the beach and pool are perfect for families with little ones. We will be back.

Mother’s Day getaway

Owners were absolutely wonderful and friendly! Anytime I had questions, they responded VERY quickly and were thorough. Check in and check out was very simple. The condo was gorgeous, no detail went unnoticed by us. A plus for us was that it was near two bus stops so we were able to quickly hop on and go where we wanted. Would highly recommend this property, we cannot wait to stay here again!! Thanks so much!

Perfect ocean view

We've stayed at dozens of places and this is one of the nicest. Great ocean view from the covered extra-large balcony on the 3rd floor. Even with sketchy weather, this is the perfect spot to just sit and enjoy the ocean. Description understates how clean and well appointed the unit is. Easy check-in and out, owner is super responsive and accommodating. Located in the northern end of OC, so a bit less traffic, but still close to the attractions and restaurants. Beach is literally a minute's walk from the unit. Would recommend for couples or families. Definitely would stay again if we return to OC in the future.

Great Place!

We loved our new place we stayed in this year for our family vacation. It was just as we pictured. The place was clean, enough room for 6 of us and provided everything we needed in the kitchen. They were great communicating about getting in and helping us with any questions. The only thing I would change is the pool closing so early, the kids love to night swim and made them sad to see the other pools open so late :)

Relaxing Week at Great Location

Had a great week and the Unit was clean and nicely set up/decorated. As much as we love the beach, we found ourselves just chilling out on the patio/deck on the tall bar-style chair. Had a great view of the pool & beach with a cool breeze. Mornings were peaceful with being able to see the sunrise from the bedroom. A couple of quick storms that passed through left beautiful rainbows over the ocean. This will be a place to bookmark for a possible return.

Great Condo and Location

This condo was perfect for our family for a week. The condo itself is updated and has everything you need for a successful vacation with kids. Everything was in good shape and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space inside the condo and the balcony is fantastic in both size and view. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (if you want), storage cabinet downstairs has plenty of beach equipment for adults and kids. The beach and pool are fantastic and never seemed overcrowded. The location of this condo was perfect for us as it's away from the noise of the boardwalk but only about a 10-15 minute drive if you want to visit. There's plenty of restaurants/stores/activities within walking distance or a few minute drive.

Not Completely Satisfied

The condo overall was very nice. As much as we enjoyed our stay in High Point South & in this particular condo we were disappointed there was no washer or dryer in the unit. While it is true that the condo spec indicated they were not included, the common washer & dryer in the hall were so dirty & the area so unclean we would not use it under any circumstances. While the condo advertised individual air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms & one in the main area these units were so loud you had to put the volume on all tv’s so high to hear. Additionally, it was hard to get a restful sleep with the loud noise of the a/c turning on & off throughout the night. Adding central air would resolve this major complaint. Lastly, while the primary bedroom was large & well situated, the sun rising at approx 6am woke us up extremely early each day. It was okay to watch the sun rise one time but everyday was too much. It would seem that room darkening shades or window treatment could easily rectify this situation whereby all renters would have a choice to be early risers or not. In all other respects the condo was good. For the reasons stated above, we would not consider renting this particular condo again.

3rd year in a row

This was our 3rd time staying here and we love everything about it. From the open communication with the condo owners to the “like home” feel and of course the views. We had a minor issue with the door and the owners had someone come same day and resolve the issue. We will be back for #4 next summer.
