Incredible property. Very well appointed and extremely clean. We’ve been vacationing at OIB for around 30 years and this is by far our favorite property we’ve ever stayed in. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay here again. The downstairs porch is just gorgeous.

This was our 4th year at Savvy Sandpiper and we just signed up for the 5th. Can't beat the location & accommodations for the price point. The owner is a gem, always responsive and willing to help with any need we have had. Can't wait for next July! Thank you Brandon for a wonderful vacation.

Lovely home with lots of room

We loved staying here! My family of 7 all stayed in this house comfortably with a babysitter which brought us up to 8. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We love Ocean Isle and think we may have found our yearly house to rent out for our summer vacation! Thank you for any amazing house for our family trip!

Fantastic Week

This was our favorite VRBO ever! Plenty of space, beautifully decorated, easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and great view from the deck and patio. We checked out this morning, and booked for the same weekend next year as soon as we got home!

Relaxing house after day on beach

There were not nine of use, including three teenagers, and there was plenty of room in this house for all of us. The four full bathrooms were a definite plus. The upper deck and lower patio over look a pond with a fountain and provides a relaxing atmosphere after a day on the beach or golf course. The patio is well lite in the evening and has a wall fan installed to keep the air circulating when the breeze dies down. The house location is also within a 5 - 1O minute walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes to one of the community pools. The owner, Brandon, is outstanding in responding to communications quickly. He provided great information before our visit started and responded to.minor issues during the stay in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this property if you and your group are looking for a relaxing time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful Beach Retreat!

This property has been updated and we even better than the photos show! It was the perfect space for three families with kids. Golf cart recommended as it is a hike from the beach, but great community pools and easy access to intercostal waterway. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year at Savy Sandpiper and it never disappoints! Great house! Love the outdoor shower, easy access to the beach, and the furnishings are spot on for all of our needs. Everything is just right. Zero complaints! (But Grandpa wishes he could bring his dog;-))

Ocean Isle Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Ocean Isle Beach and so enjoyed our stay at your beautifully decorated beach home. This was our first visit to OIB and we loved the spaciousness, the well equipped kitchen, the lovely porch areas and beautiful views. A continuous porch breeze made the hot week bearable. Brandon was a wonderful host and assisted with every need. The house is very well equipped and is as described. The two king suites were perfect for our adult children who have young toddlers. Our two granddaughters loved sleeping on the bunkbeds. We had a wonderful family vacation and would gladly stay here again.

Holiday Family Time

This cottage is great for family fun! The open living area allows you to participate in and see all the fun. We enjoyed all the outdoor areas since the weather was warm enough and could always find a spot out of the wind. We stay at OIB quite often and this is definitely a place I hope to stay again. Communications with the owner were great and much appreciated!

Amazing Home!

We had the best Thanksgiving weekend ever staying in this stylish, roomy, and very clean home. They had everything to serve a special Thanksgiving meal to our family. All the bedrooms are so comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. The view is so amazing! We had a super fun day watching football in their great family room with plenty of room. We were all so happy staying here and will rent again! Thank you hosts for being so accommodating and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great house!

The house was clean, spacious and perfect for my mom friends and their kiddos to spend quality time together. I liked how the rooms all had space for our stuff and the kitchen is nice and big. I highly recommend!
