Welcome to our home ☀️ Just a short drive away from Bethany Beach, (only 1 mi from beaches).

Relax after a long day at the beach or explore the area on the bikes provide. Upon entry, our bright interior welcomes you, offering a warm ambiance throughout the space. The living area invites guests to settle on plush furniture, where they can curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie on the large TV mounted above the fireplace.

Hobby chefs will delight in preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. After a day of adventure, unwind in the luxurious hot tub, nestled in the backyard oasis.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for personal effects. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available. Get a great night's rest in the main suite, which boasts a TV for private viewing and a lovely en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

In the game room, guests can relax and stream their favorite shows or engage in a friendly game of shuffleboard. It has EVERYTHING

Fantastic stay! Loved all the amenities, stocked kitchen, hot tub towels, bikes, beach chairs, pickleball courts, pool... just a quick drive or bike to the beach.

Beautiful property and great location but…

My family and my brother’s family stayed here and it’s a beautiful home. The location is great and the house is well stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, etc. We loved the pool and it’s less than 5 mins from downtown Bethany. Here is the ‘but’: toilet paper “suggestion” and short/uncomfortable furniture. On every toilet, there is a sign to not flush toilet paper. We reached out to the company and they said it was a suggestion as it’s a brand new home but it’s not stated in the rules. It was confusing. We did not flush the toilet paper as we were worried there was something wrong. It was really gross with kids in the home. Secondly, the furniture sits very low to the ground which would be hard for the older guests to get up and down. Those two things aside, it was a great place.

Great amenities, perfect house for families

We stayed at this property for a week (4 adults, 4 children between ages 2 and 4) and it was a perfect size and location for us. It took about 10 minutes to reach the beaches and downtown Bethany. The pool and clubhouse had excellent amenities, including a spacious fitness center and large family oriented pool. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. The house was well furnished and supplied everything that we needed (soaps, detergents, shampoo, towels, paper products etc.). The host was responsive when the cleaning crew forgot to leave extra trash bags and the bags were delivered the next day. The listing said the property had a charcoal grill, but it was gas, which was a happy discovery for our family grilling nights! Overall an excellent experience, we would stay here again!
