Large Lot Small Beach house

Small Beach house, 2 miles to the beach, easy access to the beach and 5 freeway, large lot, plenty of privacy. Smoking outside. Bikes available, car for rent if necessary. Excellent little surf house. The simple old school house, clean quiet and affordable. I will be out of the country for 3 months and would like to rent my furnished house while I am gone. Again, close to the beach and 5 Fwy. Best of luck to you.
