This stunning upper-level beachfront duplex offers breathtaking Pacific Ocean views from a private balcony—perfect for relaxing to the sound of the waves, with beach access just steps away. This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests with two king beds. Inside, enjoy a beautifully designed living space with vaulted ceilings, stylish décor, and comfortable furnishings. The open living area includes a gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals, with dining for four indoors or outside on the balcony. Additional amenities include a private balcony with a gas grill, central AC, complimentary beach towels, shared firepit area, private washer/dryer, and free parking for two vehicles.
Vacation Rental Contract
You are booking with Casago San Diego, a professional local property management company. We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners.

Anniversary

Two couples who are life long friends, celebrate our anniversaries in the same month. We are always looking for luxury right on the beach. This was an excellent location that met those requirements. Would rent again!

Beautiful property but….. we were robbed.

The property and amenities are great but on the final night, the garage was broken into and valuable belongings in my car were stolen. The property security is severely lacking. Anyone can (and did) gain access through the private backyard from the beach and into the back door via stairs to the garage, which has a key code but the code is listed right above the keypad. What’s the point of the code if it’s available right there? I had already made reservation at the same place for next year that night but once I discovered the break in the following morning while packing, we immediately cancelled our reservation as we do not feel safe there. A police report was filed (which is useless as the local police can do nothing). And of course, Vacasa claims no responsibility for any theft. I will not do a Vacasa rental again.

Very Zen

Very well kept property with many amenities. Well stocked kitchen but could use updated frying pans. Beds were comfortable and you can safely open a window in the bedroom and hear the surf pounding on the rocks. Large back patio and the electric awnings are very useful for the afternoon sun. Very relaxing accommodations. We are early 70's and the one mile walk to restaurants was a very nice still which was nice because parking can be an issue. We would defiantly stay in the property again...

Amazing property, view, and location

This home has beautiful views and is very conveniently located to restaurants and community businesses. The home was beautiful. The garage was small and hard to fit our full size SUV in, but we made it happen. There wasn't anyone staying in the bottom half of the rentable space, so the owner gave us access to both sides of the garage. This was a great blessing for when family came over to visit. The agent who provided the check in information was incredibly responsive and checked on us throughout our stay. We will definitely keep this home in our saved vacations and will revisit.

Family relaxation time

This has been our favorite property in Oceanside. It is the perfect set up for two couples. Very spacious and well stocked kitchen - felt like we were home - only with an incredible view. The side windows added so much. We saw dolphins and seals. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful ocean views

Beautiful views, I could live on this balcony. Great beachfront location. High tide during the day so not much beach available. The upstairs bedroom is ridiculously hot, 80+ degrees- multiple text messages to and from property manager. Was told that they would come and fix it, nobody came and they stopped responding, not pleased about that at all. Needs a new couch, not comfortable. Wasnt aware we would be sharing the private beach "yard" with whoever rents the lower unit...that was a little unpleasant.

Beautiful location

Such a beautiful ocean view! Property was very nice and spacious and kitchen was very well stocked! Neighborhood was very nice. Easy walk to the Oceanside Pier. Garage was too small for midsize SUV. Driveway was just long enough for the SUV. Street parking is available if more than one vehicle. Beds were ok. Property manager was communicative. Definitely hope to stay here again! Lovely property!

Best Vacation Ever

We are a little late to the party...haha! Our trip was September 4-11, 2022. We had the best time staying at this property. It was my first time ever coming to California and it was unforgettable. My wife and I both agreed that this was the best vacation we have ever been on. We really appreciated the hospitality and everything was exactly how it is shown online. Thank you guys so much!! Oceanside Oasis

We had a wonderful summer vacation with two of our kids who are headed back to college. The property is perfect and the views simply cannot be beat. We walked the beach every morning, swam in the ocean, ate great food (lots of really good restaurants in the area), cooked smores at our firepit, and fell asleep to the roaring waves. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Ocean Front Location

Lovely weekend relaxing and listening to the waves crash below. Perfect for 2 couples since there are 2bhyge master bedrooms and baths. Could use some TLC but we love it. We'll be back!

A note or labels of the working of the switches in the rooms. The upstairs bedroom has no gas valve for the fireplace. It appears the valve is behind the frame around the fireplace opening. We noticed there are speakers in the wall and ceiling. It would nice if there was a way to listen to music during our stay. But, the place is wonderful. We are thinking of returning soon. Keep up the good work.

Great rental right on the water.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice to be up high directly on the water and hear the waves crash into the seawall below. Also a bonus to have upstairs and downstairs both with king size beds and full baths. The place is fully equipped for any length of stay, however they might want to add a few more plates and saucers. Downstairs king bed was very soft with the pillow top. Upstairs bed more firm and comfortable. We just happened to hit a time when the marine layer was there almost all day except for the last. Beautiful view of crescent Moon and Venus for our last night. We would definitely rent this again.

Relaxing with great panoramic views

Beautiful home, nicely decorated with panoramic view of the ocean/beach. We spent most of our time on the balcony or in the comfy chairs facing the wall of windows. Had a small hiccup with checkin but that was because the had just changed property mgmt companies so doubt it will happen in the future. Once we were in prop mgmt was super helpful and very quick to respond. Hope to come back someday.

Ocean ambience was impressive. Downside except for very low tide there was no beach to get to without going down very steep steps with the last half missing a handrail and water at the bottom. No a good choice for seniors. Kitchen was nice and very well stocked. Non washable rugs in bathroom. Mattresses, one was very hard and one needs replaced.

Beautiful view, clean house, international decor. Spent all our time on the balcony or on the beach. Beach was so much fun, water perfect. Hardly any people on the beach. The only con is that we had to share the downstairs sand area with the duplex neighbors. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Lovely Beach Retreat

The view is unforgettable at this property. Plenty of room on the balcony to sit and relax with family. Great picture windows to enjoy the view from the inside. The property was well stocked for cooking meals and exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable.

Amazing!

We had such a great time here! Check in was so easy and we were lucky to get an early check in! Everything you need for a peaceful beach vacation is right on the property! We even extended our stay by 2 nights! We would definitely book this place again!
