Top-floor, two-story, one king bedroom with bath/tub combo, and a queen with one bunk bed room with bath/tub combo in the North Coast Village complex. From the private balcony and extra-large roof deck you can take in the endless ocean views, feel the relaxing year-round pacific breeze, and breathe in the fresh sea air. Luxury meets great value and comfort with this condo located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier - offering whitewater ocean views and a great sandy beach right across the street. It is also an easy walk to a good variety of downtown Oceanside restaurants, cafes, unique shopping, great live music, as well as a weekly Farmer's Market. A nice size view balcony with slider access to the inside takes you to a beach chic great room with a large flatscreen TV, and comfortable cluster seating. Have dinner, coffee, or breakfast on the extra-large roof deck or relax on the elevated rocking chairs. A modern kitchen with everything you need and is accompanied by an inside dining area for four to six, just add the food and camaraderie and have fun. Amazing complex amenities include lagoon-style pools and spas, a putting green, fitness center with sauna, a barbecue area overlooking the pool, and several communal table games like ping-pong and billiards. Beautiful landscaping with streams, waterfalls, koi pond and tropical gardens add to your experience of peaceful relaxation. Loved this home and it was perfect for our family of 5. The beach access made it easy and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the grounds were beautiful. The host was responsive and we had a great trip!

Closest thing to sleeping on the sand

Property isn’t fancy but meets all your needs. We enjoyed being so close to the beach that we could go to it in minutes or sit on the deck upstairs and see/hear it. We were glad fans were provided to keep the place cooler when a bit of humidity snuck in

Great place, communication with property manager not great

Beautiful condo complex and amazing location and view. This part is all good! Issues- there is only one parking spot and we had multiple people meeting up here. The person we communicated with was not up on alternative parking options. I spent a lot of time researching lots and prices, Location and whether you could stay there over night. This should all be prepared and readily provided. Next- any communication by text is with a robi- chat system. Did not feel good at all- no personal touch. Lastly the directions for where to park and check in are not clear. The security booth is not in the lot as described and it was confusing. Once we figured it out, the people in the booth were amazing and very friendly

Great stay but FYI

Great stay! Loved the location and space. Just be aware the bedroom window with the bunk beds has a screen that’s coming off. There’s a bench right underneath the window. If your little one crawl on that bench and pushes on the screen they could fall out. I’m more cautious of window falls as I had a close friend who’s son got a major TBI from falling out of a window. Other than that it was amazing!

Great Property and Location!

Was very pleased with the location and the overall Condo. The only negative thing I would say is they continue to have an ant problem. You would find ants in random spots. I know they are trying to fix it with the apparent ant trap on the counter but I think they need to get a professional. Other then that it was very clean enjoyable!

Anniversary Trip (October-November 2021)

The unit had great views of the pier and ocean. Loved the private patio up top!!! Also, had everything we needed. Some issues we dealt with were the sheets in the king size bed were so dirty we ended up doing laundry so we could have clean sheets. There were also lots of ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Also, the handles on the 1st floor bathroom cabinet doors are very sharp and I cut my knee on them. 1st floor bathroom sink was extremely clogged. Don't want to knit pick this unit because we really did have a great stay and love NCV! This unit would be perfect for a family with kids. The private patio is so amazing we spent a lot of time out there!!!!

A gem of a place and great location for a quick getaway

Loved it! the location was just perfect for us - walked to pier, to farmers market, to Sunset Market, to local grocery stores, to the harbor. The unit itself was great, with 2 patios, and views of the ocean. It was great waking up to a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. Quick access to the beach. There was some ongoing construction, but we were not bothered by any sound. We arrived late in the evening, and almost did not find the Patrol hut. That was the only slight hiccup. Loved the place and the unit. There was a welcome package with essentials like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dish soap and scrub.

Very Nice beach property

The views and proximity to the beach are fantastic at this property. The unit was clean upon arrival. Any detractions were in the provided linens. Having additional bath towels would have been nice and the bed linens were fine but not using fitted sheets means that by the second night everything was sliding and the mattress was exposed. But these are small complaints and we would stay here again and definitely will stay in the same complex again. The staff at the complex office when we arrived were so friendly and we learned that if you need a second parking pass, THAT'S when you ask for it--not from the rental company.

Definitely a great vacation spot with the family! The condo is well appointed and just across from the beach. Great amenities and multiple beaches to choose from. Close to restaurants and downtown Oceanside. One of our best San Diego vacations so far!
