We enjoyed our stay at the nice, perfectly sized place for two of us, especially the sand and seating area in the back. We also appreciated a quick response to a need when we called the host. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Place

We had to book last minute to come check in on my father in law. My husband stayed here and I joined later in the trip. We were also able to extend the stay when we found we needed more time. This place is in a great location with ocean in the backyard! Equipped with everything you need. My only critique would be that the floors didn’t feel clean and we felt like we needed to wear our flip flops the whole time, but I understand that could be because of the sand so close to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was great! Great location and the space was clean, and family/ pet friendly. The space however was tight quarters (hardly anywhere to put our belongings), one window did not have a screen and the bedroom window did not open.

Lovely little place

I was initially hesitant about this rental after details were sent about "last-minute" (less than 72 hours prior) bookings. However, the staff was super helpful and worked things out. Makenna (sp?) was extremely helpful and was able to work through all of the issues with me. The location is lovely and parking was not an issue in the off-season. It is not large, but it is RIGHT on the shore and you can fall asleep listening to the ocean stirrign the rocks. It is easy walking distance from beaches and has a sandy stretch out front during low tide. I would be happy to rent this location again.

Cute Beachside Rental

We absolutely loved staying in this beachside rental. It was very clean and had all them amenities we needed. WiFi worked great! Street parking was a breeze and never had trouble finding a spot in front of the rental. We loved falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves crashing against the rocks. The bed was super comfy too. One thing to point out, the shoreline is not a beach, just rocks. But Oceanside Beach is just up the road, maybe 1 mile. Another thing to point out is the back of the property that meets the ocean is crumbling and could be dangerous if you have little ones. This seems to be affecting the properties on both sides as well. Regardless of those two things, I would definitely stay here again.

Initial photographs of beachfront were NOT depicted in line with the advertisement suggested. We were disappointed that we were NOT contacted regarding the unsightly damage to the beach NOR the ability to access the beach which was in contrast to what we thought the advertisement indicated. We were NOT offered an opportunity to upgrade until we complained and then the cost was exorbitant in addition to what we had already paid. We would NOT recommend this property in this current condition.

Relax with the waves

Clean and perfect size for us. On a cliff with large waves, but still has a sandy area for kids and dogs to play and make castles. Just what we needed as a getaway to let waves wash away our worries.

THE BED IS HORRIBLE.

For two adults to have to crawl over each other to get out of bed is crazy.!!! the bed is so uncomfortable. humps in the middle. slumps on each side and to make matters worse the bed is right up against the wall so only one way in or out for two people NOT FUN don't do it

Great place to unwind!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Having the ocean sounds right outside your back door was so relaxing... The condo was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Gorgeous view & great location!

We had a great weekend getaway here in Oceanside! The best part about our stay was the view & access to the ocean. The yard is sand and there are lounge chairs available to sit on and enjoy the view and get some sun. You can get in the water, but it is a little challenging to climb down the rocks, and even more of a challenge at high tide. At this location, you do not have space to walk down the beach. The property manager was 100% on top of communicating. We needed an extra set of sheets while we were there, and we just sent a text message and they had them delivered within 2 hours. The little place was a little tight to fit the 4 (myself, my husband and our 2 kids (13 & 15) of us, along with our 2 dogs, but we really didn't spend much time inside, so it wasn't that big of a deal. The location is about 3/4 of a mile to a mile to the restaurants there in Oceanside and with the weather being so nice, it makes for a nice walk. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
