The staff was absolutely amazing at Moon Palace, pleasant and helpful. The food did not disappoint. The choices are endless here. From authentic Jamaican to International, you will have excellent choices. The room was very clean comfortable, top notch. Let’s not forget the extensive grounds, beautiful. The beach is so clean , never a lack of activities, food or alcohol or fun That is not what makes this resort stand out. It’s the service . Koby, Gabrielle & Stacey in public relations , Rosario and Tajae at the French pastry / coffee shop, Anthony and Daniel at Gonzola’s, Shawna Marie at the spa , Nikki the life guard , Elvis from Pier 8 and Hussein and Sydney from buccaneers. These individuals made this trip a trip to remember . Our interactions with each of these staff members was incredible. They were all kind , genuine and went above and beyond. They left such an impression on us that we will never forget them or their outstanding customer service .

Staff were excellent, food options and quality were excellent, activities awesome. My only observation was that the facility could use a refresh. Facilities were all very clean but wear and tear were noticeable throughout, especially in the room. All that said I would return for another visit. Some of the best service I have ever experienced in a hotel.
