Confusing, frustrating, disappointing

It's very far from downtown, you can't walk. There never seems to be anyone at the check in except a very sweet cleaner who doesn't speak a word of English. Very disorganized with calls back and forth to owner/manager and no resolution l. I thought I was booking a cabin (very cute!!!) but was put in a disappointing side apartment with no sea view. Getting a taxi was extremely complicated and took ages. It's a nice place but the service was just awful.
