Check-in was great, the gentleman behind the counter was quick to get us checked in and very kind. The room wasnt anything to write home about. It was clean but no extra linens to use for the fold out couch. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were some of the worst I have ever had to sleep on. We were awoken at 4 am by a very loud car revving its engine & peeling out in the parking lot. The breakfast was not anything spectacular just your basic cheap hotel breakfast. I am honestly shocked that the beds & the breakfast was spoke so highly of in others reviews all I can assume is they do not get out much and have nothing to compare it too. I would probably find somewhere else to stay next time I am in town.

The room was nice. I was especially grateful to the woman at the front desk who helped me when I checked in. I had miss typed my dates for the reservation and had to make another for that night. When I tried to cancel with Expedia, they told me it was non refundable and I had no recourse. I mentioned the situation to the front desk associate and they were able to cancel the other reservation and get me a refund from Expedia. I was very grateful for her empathy and commitment to providing truly exceptional service. Do to this understanding, I will only be staying in Comfort Inn's in the future.
