There was cat litter in the bathroom, the housekeeper refused to give us towels, they wanted an extra $150 upon check in. The front desk lady Melody was amazing! That was pretty much the only good thing about our 3 day stay!!!

The staff did was expected nothing extra nothing bad. When i arrived hot tub was out of service, ice machine, and the toilet in my room would not stop running. Just seemed like everything was broke or out of service. It was quiet even for hollween. Breakfast was quite abundant. Walgreens right accross the street. This is just my experience and i feel most of the things I mention were out of the contole of the staff. I just wish before i checked in these out of service amenities would have been mentioned.

Yikes! All carpets are stained and damaged. Poorly maintained overall even though the cleaning staff clearly does a good job.

Room was run down and sketchy. Electrical made me worry about plugging things in. The floors had soft spots that felt like you were going to fall through. Beds were hard. Pillows flat. Towels were no bigger than dish rags. The shower head was so low and you couldnt avoid getting water on the floor when you showered. Hot tub was out of service. Our room didnt get cleaned half the days we were there. Tv had about 12 channels so the kids were super bored. The outside doors were supposed to stay locked and you use your key to get in, but they were always unlocked super unsafe if you ask me. And its kind of a sketchy area of town right off the freeway. I will not be staying here again. Ever. Honestly wish i could get my money back.

The property is older and over priced for its condition. The breakfast was Mid at best. The room was fairly clean but some details we noticed made us question the cleanliness overall. There was sand or something like sand around the edges of the bathroom. A small stain on the corner of the bed sheet. On the floor was a film top off a McDonald's sauce cup stuck to the floor. The room had a peculiar smell when we walked in. Not so over powering you dont get used to it quickly. I would say it smells like cleaner and old musty closet. The staff were s Super friendly staff and I felt safe at the property. I would not stay here again for the price and condition overall.
