The property is nice and the location is great. Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we stayed in Room 104. Carpet floor incredibly dirty with cigarette burns. Otherwise the property was very clean and well maintained. Someone should definitely inspect this room. The carpet was the worst I had ever experienced in a hotel room.

The property was beautiful. It was in a great area and had a restaurant on site for both breakfast and dinner. The food was very good! I love all the amenities the resort had making it really convenient and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again.

Our rooms needed recleaning, twice! We asked once, they said it was done. I had to show them where is still was dirty! The Jacuzzi tub had charcoal debris from what I presumed to be a bath bomb. Plus our table had sticky residue circles from drinks
