Comfortable bed! Excellent place to stay, 1/2 mile drive or walk to the footbridge beach and close to downtown Ogunquit. Complimentary light breakfast was nice. Just had to ask for shampoo. Reasonably priced for upscale motel in late September.

Good location for walking to Footbridge Beach or get the trolley to town, or back from a walk in the Marginal Way. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, basic continental. Bathtub plug didn't work, so that was disappointing but otherwise it was a nice room at the top of the hill and staff were sweet.

Rooms look clean, they do have a strong smell that penetrates your nastros. Attaches to your clothing, not a nasty smell can't describe it. Breakfast, please, very poor, day's old pastries, coffe ok if you like hazelnut flavor, even if it says regular, friut is good, ceeial is good, bread didnt see any white or weat . Maybe it was too late for refill, notice some families doing the shopping, you know what I mean, take items home, like cerial box or Bananas, apples, sorry, never went back fir breakfast, the pool area gets cleaned every morning, they clean the tables and chair, real nice area. Sunny all day. The crew is great.
