Great location!

If you like to walk, this location is perfect. It’s very close to the beach, downtown, and restaurants. The staff are very cordial, helpful, and efficient. The air conditioner was pretty noisy. I didn’t complain, as the weather was extremely hot causing it to run constantly.

False room description

The picture on the website isnt accurate at all its run down , dirty not at all what a "Deluxe " room i thought i was getting. I asking for a 1st floor room with no stairs my room had 6 steps to get to the 1st floor . There was a ramp yes but it was on the opposite end of the parking lot.

This is a really nice hotel. Price was reasonable, breakfast included. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Couldn’t hear any of my neighbors. Staff were capable and kind. Recommend.

Close to Footbridge beach, about 15 min walk, walking distance from Ogunquit shops and restaurants. Nice room, confortable beds, a little outdated, but i liked the charm of the hotel. Convinients, with free breakfast, fridge and microwave.

We stayed in a king premium room. The room was recently remodeled. Carpets, walls, countertops, etc all in great shape. Room also had microwave and minifridge. Best part was the cold a/c and the great bed! Would definitely return again!
