It was convenient, location-wise. We were attending a conference at the convention center, so this was a good price. Beds are firm, and the pillows could use some fill, but other than that, it is a good place to lay your head for the night.

The parking is awkward because you have to make a tight u-turn from the hotel to get across 4 lanes of traffic to their parking lot. Plus, our GPS didn’t give us good directions to get there, possibly because of the u-turn issue. But they are conveniently located downtown near Lower.com soccer stadium, so it’s a bit of a trade off. The hotel was somewhat dated, but it was clean, and the staff were very nice. I’d use it again when we come to a game.

Parking across the street with no defined sidewalk and having to cross a street and walk around a chain fence was an inconvenience. Had there been inclement weather it would have been much worse. For the price of the room at least offer a valet.

They don’t clean room unless asked. Took two days to get a burned out light changed. The phone had no cord so it couldn’t be used to call the front desk. The tv only got one channel. It took two days to get that fixed as well.

It’s an antiquated building. In room safe didn’t work. Cleaning staff never came to clean the room. Room cards stopped working a day a head. But front desk staff were great.

The rooms are in need of updating especially the bathroom. More importantly, I requested room service the day before and in the morning. I came back to hotel to drop stuff off in room. The room was not cleaned. I went to front desk and again requested room service. The front desk clerk stated he would have it cleaned. We came back later that eventing to an unclean room. When I went down to ask why and to a minimum get fresh towels the Same front desk clerk told me that the cleaning crew had left before I went to front desk. I asked why he would straight out say the room would be cleaned when he knew what time they left . I got a blank noninterested and IDGAF look. Why would he straight out lie to me. As he dismissed me, I said I still need 4 sets fresh towels. He gave me two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. I just looked at him in serious disbelief and walked away.
