Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with garden and stunning views, located in the private and quiet Mairena Forest urbanisation. Nestled in the hills above Marbella, the property is an escape for those guests wishing to relax and unwind in gorgeous natural surroundings, yet is just a short drive away from the beach and Marbella when wanting a change in pace.

Mairena Forest is fully gated and offers guests access to a stunning infinity pool that has views over the valley.

The master bedroom comprises of a large double bed (2 single mattresses joined together), plenty of storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. The second bedroom also has a large double bed (2 single mattresses joined together), storage, and access to the second bathroom, which has a walk-in shower.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property, perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. The living room offers chairs and a comfortable L-shaped sofa and several armchairs facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a dining area with seating for 6, and a workstation with desk and chair (great for those needing to work during their stay). The living room is bathed in natural light through the south facing windows that provides access out onto the property's private terrace.



On the terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area with seating for 4 and a private garden. Here guests have amazing views of the coastline to the south east. The terrace/garden enjoys sun throughout the day.
