The covered dock or backyard is always open. Need access to Lake Okeechobee? Drive your boat to the Lake in less than 10 minutes. Need a refreshing swim? Jump into the in-ground, 14x28 pool. Need a place for the kids to play? Let them romp in the backyard. Need a place for cornhole or badminton? Lots of places to set up the game. Need a relaxing place to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs? Sit in the large, 14x30 screened-in patio overlooking the canal. Need food? Publix and Winn Dixie are less than 2 miles away. (Restaurants are all within 3-5 miles.) Need to shop? Walmart, Bells outlet, Goodwill, Marshalls, etc. are down the street. Need anything else? Just let us know.
