The place was so grimy and filthy. Pictures on the was when it was new. The dinner wicker chairs are peeling so much, it doesnt have the oven that it advertises, the washing machine was broken even though it was advertised as usable, the master bath smelled horrible with rotted wood in the vanity, mold was on the shower curtains, and the air conditioning units were filthy with mold and dust. I contacted the owner several times about the air conditioning and getting it profesionally cleaned and disinfected. He sent some person to just dust it. I showed the cleaner the mold after he cleaned it and he said it needed to be professionally cleaned. One week later, the owner finally sent someone to clean it. The profesionnal cleaner said that he thinks thisnos the first time these units were ever cleaned. In okinawa the cleaning of these units need to be maintained on a 6 month basis due to the mold here. This owner did nothing. Stay away from this place. Its not clean and its not as advertised. It is close to rycom mall and the zoo. The stairs are a beast since there are no elevators here.
