Check-in was an off-putting experience. Desk attendant seemed surprised or intimidated that I was staying. Once she found the reservation and I completed the paper address and vehicle information, she informed me that the owner has a policy of NOT letting people book a room if they live within 50 miles?? . . I replied that I booked our stay on Expedia and that was not communicated on the application. The lobby had a strong smell of weed. The hallway down to our room smelled of cigarettes, and our room smelled like dog. Shower had zero water pressure and was in poor condition. Won't be staying at this Best Western or any other Best Western based on this experience.

Check-in was fast. We were on the road and only stayed the night. The room was clean and very spacious, the breakfast was good. I loved the coffee machine because you can make specialty drinks. The only issue we had was that the whole upstairs hallway smelled like marijuana, but that is not really the staff's fault.
