The non smoke room smelled like cigarettes and the shower didn’t work correctly they said it’s a 50 dollar deposit and they ended up giving back 32 dollars

There was blood on the floor of our room and on the bathroom wall. The rug in both areas were thoroughly filthy and never looked cleaned. There was also only one towel and wash cloth for three people. When I went downstairs for additional ones, the late night front desk clerk gave me one regular towel and two floor mats. I asked for three regular towels. One bed was made with torn and stained sheets. The worse was there was no hot water and three of us were freezing when showering. A truly miserable night.

The hotel, nor the room, were as advertised. The photos were what I based my decision on, and they were not accurate. The hotel was dark, musty, falsely advertised as having standard accommodations, and the bedding was unsatisfactory. I honestly felt so uncomfortable there that I didn’t stay the night. I’m stunned that you allow misleading photos in listings on your site. Honestly, I’d really love to get my money back, or at least credit for another stay, considering I didn’t actually get the stay I was led to believe I was purchasing.

The staff were not so friendly. My room had a horrible smell. The halls smelt like marijuana. I had to go to the desk for towels and wash rags. The TV did not work, I had to fix it myself.
