Horrible parking, 1st room AC didn’t work, no shade on window, no towel hooks, had to get in the shower and stand in freezing water to turn on because door was put on backwards and you could reach the faucet without getting in and shower floors were like standing on glass. Asked for a new room because I’d AC. Next room, still had to finally go to buy a fan same problems. Also one bartender for a packed hotel during happy hour. And the carpets by conference area were never vacuumed the whole 3 days we were there and it was obvious!

Partial updates not bad, the overall experience was not bad. Bed was not that comfortable and the AC was hard to adjust in the room without freezing or being too hot. Upon entering the hotel it was too cold as the windows were sweating. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Overall, my stay was enjoyable and the hotel presented itself beautifully—clean, safe, and welcoming. I especially appreciated the complimentary alcoholic beverages, the free breakfast, and the professionalism of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The room was spacious and featured a balcony with a stunning view, which was a major highlight. However, a few things could be improved. The bed was extremely firm—uncomfortably so—and the pillows were too soft, offering little support. The shower pressure was also disappointing. Lastly, I had requested a crib for my child, but was given a pack and play instead. While I understand they serve a similar purpose, I had expected a crib as requested. Despite these issues, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would consider staying again if a few of these concerns were addressed.

The hotel was really nice and clean. My room needs a good deep cleaning (see previous post regarding check in). The breakfast was wonderful. But, I believe there should be 2 breakfast cooks during the busy times. And having to stand in line for 20 minutes to receive my cocktail hour drinks was ridiculous!!! Should have been 2 bartenders during that time or the manager could have stepped up and talked about us, explaining why we were having to wait so long. The line was backed up to the elevators, it ruined what was supposed to be a fun time. By the time it was my turn I had the girl make both my drinks and took them to my room just to get away from the craziness!!!
