Hallway smells musty. Bathroom shows water damage. Remote for TV only operated channel selection. Very run down. Would not recommend staying.

Cleaning this is trying to improve, also trying to improve the overall appearance of property and cracking down on all the loitering, which is great because I have children. It can use a lot more home defense, but that also has a lot to do with the way individuals value they place of residing as well! Cleaning it starts from inside the room from the individual that’s staying upon the facility But overall property is trying to make improvements! So hopefully it will be more comfortable in the future for more traveling tenants in the meantime all I can do is keep my room clean and continue to look forward as it improves

From the previous review with the security guard approaching my vehicle and making me very uncomfortable after he says my room and name aloud to everyone outside. I had numerousof people knocking on my door all night just made me extremely uncomfortable so I put a dresser against the door And I couldn’t sleep all night with me and my children I sat on the porch and watched the are and I have a video of course he never asked anybody else for their information so I feel extremely uncomfortable after that. The police did arrive I was never rude to the security he made me extremely uncomfortable and made me feel as if I had no right to second anything which is my right for my safety and he was vey obnoxious unprofessional he never should approached my car for one because I was never at the door.

That security guard guy who I assume he claims was hired in is extremely rude and unprofessional he approaches my car mind you I just watched him next-door helping close up a parking lot when I went to go to the store and when I came back from the store, approaches my vehicle, very rudely and really demanding for my room number. Car. I have my purse in my hand, so I kind of questioned it tightly because I don’t know who an large size gentleman approaching me that I never saw before asking for my room number which made me uncomfortable so I said well why would I give you that and he said well you won’t get into the room and I said why would that not happen because I’ve been here for almost 2 months. He proceeds to stay as a security guard and I said OK. Well, your security guard asked the two people that just arrived in the parking lot as well for their information and I’ll gladly give you my ID and they should have my room number because he will still make me uncomfortable so he proceeds to call the police mind you if your security guard, you should approach me at the door and not in my car, which was a half a mile away from the door, cause I never park in front of the door always park in front of my room so I can see my vehicle because of the area that we live in. Again, I asked the following people that was approaching the door for their information or who they was visiting. they say who they’re visiting in their name so I get my ID he says my room name and number aloud

It was an absolute disaster. I never even made it inside a room. The room itself could've been perfect but everything external said no. I went back to the front desk and received an immediate refund.

Felt like I needed a tetanus shot after walking into the room no shower curtain 3 tv Channels roaches near the ceiling crack heads in the hallway doors with padlocks or busted open management was rude wouldn’t even recommend this facility to a homeless person

The room I got didn’t have a working shower, no towels or wash cloths. Attendant said he would switch room after I returned but was no where to be found when I returned. Turns out no one is at the counter after 9pm if not earlier. Very poor experience overall.

This property looks nice in the pictures, it's anything but. There were roaches, stains on the bedding, black mold in the bathroom. And there's no one in the office all night and they don't come back till 10 am. Literal crackheads walking around the hallways tweeking. When i called after i left to speak to a manager i was told the manager wasn't there and would return in 1-2 weeks. When i asked for they're name so i know who to speak to i was told they couldn't give me their information and then was hung up on. Honestly the place is a health hazard and I'm shocked that the health department hasn't shut them down. Would love a refund from them at this point cause it was that bad!

Upon my arrival the check in the worker was coming out the door getting into his car I told him that I come to check in he stated that he has something else to do he did not have time and he proceeded to get into his vehicle and he left I waited on him for an hour to return which he never did I got dropped off I was stuck in the parking lot
