The rooms were clean. Staff was exceptional. Only thing I have a concern with is I had left for a few hours the tv was turned off and when I returned the tv was back on. Not sure if staff might have turned it on while cleaning or if there was a power surg or if a malfunction with the tv. But honestly wasn’t a huge concern for me.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind. Everything was up to par plus some! I stay in a lot of hotels and this one's by far my favorite!! Re-vamped hyatt regency so big room, newly decorated. Breakfast eggs were good, didn’t taste like usual powder eggs. Loved the fire pit, shuffleboard table, and pool table!
