Exceptional hotel and staff! Thank you Jeremy and Jerry for your quality customer service. It was disappointing that the hotel has no idea about the VIP upgrades that Expedia is advertising we are to receive as platinum members but other than that fantastic stay!

Met all my needs and expectations. Staff were kind and accommodating. Dining area is somewhat small, really only a challenge to navigate because we had a toddler with us. Otherwise it was a good stay in a comfortable, quiet room that had plenty of room for my small family to spread out when we would return from a day out. The area around the hotel is not very attractive, but they put effort into the furnishing and amenities inside the facility.

Loved the room and the whole hotel vibe. Blackout curtains are awesome. Room was facing the interstate and was right near the elevator, which both got a little loud, but not bad.
