Elegant and welcoming, Villa Romantica (from the homonymous Costa Romantica area) is located in one of the most picturesque and exclusive residential complexes in Sardinia, made of Sardinian stone, harmoniously inserted in the Capo Ceraso natural park, a few miles from the islands of Tavolara and Molara.
Villa Romantica is the first terraced of the whole complex, the closest to the sea, just above the Hotel Cala Cuncheddi, with a splendid view of the gulf and the promontory of Capo Ceraso, in a private and peaceful position, surrounded by green Mediterranean scrub : ideal for a relaxing and comfortable holiday for a family of up to six people.
Exteriors: large garden, private swimming pool with adjoining 200 square meters. solarium in complete privacy, covered parking space.
Upper floor: large living room with parquet and large windows, spectacular furnished veranda overlooking the sea, kitchen with fully equipped window, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms with window (shower).
Lower floor: independent studio with two beds, kitchen block, French window onto garden and swimming pool. Bathroom (shower).
